Could you list ‘exclusive’ makeup and hair trends for women for this extra special month of March for TheGlitz.Media readers?
The hair is going to be styled in stylized ponytails and wavy textured hair to keep the heat away. Top-notch hairdos and messy pile-ups will definitely be trending for red-carpet moments.
The makeup will be sun-kissed in peachy warm tones to give a very carnival feel so the vibe is super fresh and sultry.

You are most actors’ fave makeup artiste, who is your favorite actor? Any anecdote you can share with us with any actor?
All my artists have been my favourite as they all have loved and supported me for 25 years. But namely Aishwariya Rai Bachchan and Deepika Padukone are total loyalists. Aishwariya had even demanded me as her makeup artist at the Cannes festival and I flew as her makeup artist also for the film ‘Action Replay. In fact, Aishwarya refused a foreign makeup artist and insisted on me.

Who do you think is absolutely natural and needs no makeup?
Katrina Kaif and Deepika can easily pull off the eau naturelle look n so does the stunning Tara Sutaria who looks gorgeous in the no makeup look.

You’ve done the makeup for so many actors and films, which particular work are you really proud of?
I’m totally proud of all my work but Aishwariya in the film ‘Robot Enthiran’ created a worldwide storm and I won all the awards for that film which encouraged me to bring out my best. Also, my work with Malaika Arora for the past 20 years has always done me proud and all my actresses from Anushka Sharma to Urvashi Rautela have always been winners for me.

…5 steps on ways to take care of your skin after removing makeup?
Removing makeup is a must and the best way is to use cleansing milk and a deep cleansing face wash. Avoid using a oil-based cleanser as it will clog your pores and darken your skin. Also using a mild face scrub once a week is a blessing followed by a soothing creme moisturizer.

What is Ojas’s last word on the makeup trend for the month?
Less is more. Stay beautiful. Stay chic and firstly, love yourself and everything falls in place.
