Over To Jeeth Sanghavi

You’ve had an incredible journey in the fitness world, with over 15 years of experience. What inspired you to get started in fitness, and how did your passion evolve into creating Boxx Era?

My journey into the fitness world was fueled by a lifelong search for guidance—a guru who could lead me to true transformation. After years of training as a national and international athlete, I realized that not everyone has access to the mentorship they need to succeed. This inspired me to become that guiding force for others.

Boxx Era was born from the conviction that everyone deserves to achieve their fitness goals, especially those who have struggled and felt like they couldn’t find results elsewhere. We proudly refer to Boxx Era as a “last resort” for those who are ready to reclaim their strength and confidence. Here, we offer personalized training and holistic support to help individuals transform their lives and finally realize their potential. I’m dedicated to empowering our community to rise above their challenges, and it’s incredibly rewarding to witness their growth.

You’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, from athletes to those seeking body transformation. What would you say is the key to a successful fitness journey—both physically and mentally?

The key to a successful fitness journey, shaped by my experience as an athlete and coach, is consistency, mindset, and personalization. Consistency builds lasting habits, while a positive mindset transforms setbacks into growth opportunities. Personalization ensures that each client’s unique needs are met, making the process simple yet effective. By focusing on these principles, I’ve seen individuals not only achieve their goals but also grow stronger both physically and mentally. It’s this empowerment that drives my passion at Boxx Era.

As a former international athlete in both lawn tennis and boxing, how has your experience in competitive sports influenced your approach to training and coaching?

My journey as a former international athlete in lawn tennis and boxing, along with my experiences as a mountaineer, has deeply influenced my approach to training and coaching. Competing taught me the importance of discipline, resilience, and mental toughness—essentials for any fitness journey.

Through these sports, I’ve learned the value of personalized training strategies, as every individual has unique strengths and challenges. I emphasize a holistic approach, blending physical conditioning with mental fortitude, empowering my clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. The lessons I’ve gathered from all my athletic experiences drive me to inspire others to reach their full potential.

One of your most notable career highlights was training Priyanka Chopra for her role in Mary Kom. What was it like working with her to prepare for such an intense role, and how did you help her embody the physicality of an Olympic boxer?

Training Priyanka Chopra for Mary Kom was an incredibly rewarding experience. Despite dealing with injuries and juggling various commitments, her coachability and dedication shone through. She approached every session with unwavering determination and an eagerness to learn.

We focused on honing her technical boxing skills, strength, and conditioning while emphasizing the mental toughness required of an Olympic athlete. Even with the challenges she faced, Priyanka’s resilience was remarkable. She truly did a fabulous job, and I can confidently say she is one of the most talented and hardworking celebrity. Her commitment to the role was both inspiring and a privilege to be part of.

Boxx Era is known for its holistic approach to fitness, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Can you tell us more about how you integrate these elements into your training programs?

At Boxx Era, we embrace a holistic approach to fitness, integrating physical, mental, and emotional well-being into our training programs. We create tailored workouts that align with each client’s unique body type, ensuring effective results.

By understanding the psychology of our clients, we implement mindfulness techniques and foster a supportive community that encourages openness and connection. This comprehensive approach not only builds strength and resilience but also promotes a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle for everyone involved.

In addition to fitness training, you also offer rehabilitation and prehab programs. Can you explain the importance of these in the overall fitness journey and how they complement traditional workouts?

At Boxx Era, we believe that rehabilitation and prehab are vital to a successful fitness journey. These programs not only prevent injuries but also support recovery, allowing clients to stay on track with their goals.

Key Benefits:

Injury Prevention:Prehab strengthens vulnerable areas to reduce the risk of injury during workouts.

Faster Recovery: Our rehabilitation programs help clients heal efficiently, maintaining fitness levels.

By integrating these essential elements, we ensure that our clients experience enhanced performance and a sustainable approach to fitness, making every step of their journey safer and more effective.
