The Pantry

It’s time to eat healthy and that’s where ‘The Pantry – Guiltfree Goodness‘, the online “health food” hero based in Fort, Mumbai, enters. Since The Pantry delivers from Fort to Bandra in Mumbai (they have plans to expand later), we asked one of our food connoisseurs based in Bandra to review the food. So for our #TasteOfMumbai series, The Pantry sent TheGlitz a food hamper filled with healthy food made out of fresh ingredients. TheGlitz reviews.

The Pantry

The Pantry – Non-Vegetarian Healthy Delights

The green chili wrap comprised a yummy dish made of Bhavnagar chili pesto grilled chicken with onion and carrot rolled up in a multi-grain wrap.

TheGlitz verdict: This was amazingly tasty. The wraps had the right amount of filling and the spices were well balanced. We loved the multi-grain wraps.

The Signature Gluten-free Arabian Rooster pizza was to die for. This was pizza with zaatar-infused grilled chicken, mozzarella and gauda, and homemade ricotta

TheGlitz verdict: The chicken pizza was super yummy. We loved the Arabian spices in it and the quantity was generous.

The Pantry: Vegetarian Wonders

The Pantry sent The Zucchini with grilled cottage cheese. It was Zucchini Zoodles with house-made pinenut pesto served with grilled cottage cheese sauce. The quantity was amazing and served two easily.

TheGlitz verdict: The Zucchini Zoodles was creamy and extremely tasty. It had generous chunks of cottage cheese in it. The sauce was absolutely divine and the home-made pesto was truly magical. We would have loved it more if the dish had more spices. But all in all, it was amazing comfort food.

The Pantry signature banana bread was delicious. They promised that it was made of a lot of love and so it was.

TheGlitz verdict: The banana bread was truly appetizing. We could taste the the freshness of the bananas. It was extremely soft and truly divine.

TheGlitz verdict on ‘The Pantry: Guilt-free Goodness’: The food here is delicious. Made of fresh ingredients, the dishes are super healthy. You can keep eating without feeling an ounce of guilt.
