Over To Rahul Ranjan, Director of Mrig Sight Media

Your journey as the founder of Mrig Sight Media has been marked by consistent growth and innovation. What inspired you to start your own PR and branding agency, and how did you shape its unique identity in a competitive industry?

My father impressed me greatly, and after witnessing his leadership abilities and kind and compassionate attitude, I began to imagine myself as him. I also got the idea to create my own business, and after gaining industrial experience, I planted the seed, which is today Mrig Sight Media. We are known for the workforce environment that we provide to our staff, which allows us to stand out in the competitive PR sector.

Mrig Sight Media has received numerous recognitions, including being honored as the best PR agency for the past three years. Can you share some key milestones or campaigns that helped elevate the agency to its current position?

I’ve worked on a variety of initiatives that have helped me advance, but my most recent project has allowed me to take a significant stride forward and enter a massive market that we were previously unable to enter. Despite this, numerous additional freelancing assignments assisted my organization in upgrading itself and gaining local exposure.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, what are some of the most significant challenges you have faced as an entrepreneur, and how did you navigate those challenges to build a successful agency?

One of the key issues is that individuals currently believe that taking a significant step at once will improve their lives, which is not true. Creating and maintaining a team during the global pandemic of the covid virus was one of the most difficult tasks. Not only that, but sustaining low-key clients and developing methods to convert them to high-ticket ones requires a lot of effort, but the support I received from my staff, combined with their spontaneous energy, helped us become a successful agency.

In today’s fast-evolving digital landscape, PR and branding strategies are constantly changing. How do you stay ahead of trends, and what innovations have you implemented at Mrig Sight Media to keep your clients at the forefront of their industries?

To stay current, we conduct research and delve deeply into trending topics. We also consider media trends and industry developments while developing distinctive branding strategies for our clients. In addition, we use local, regional, and national branding to provide the highest potential benefits to our clients.

As a visionary entrepreneur, what are your future plans for Mrig Sight Media? Are there any new markets, services, or projects you are particularly excited about?

Mrig Sight Media is pursuing a number of significant prospects and ambitions as it expands globally. And, yes, we are thrilled about the market since we are currently more involved in the education industry than others, and as technological breakthroughs continue to improve and everything becomes AI integrated, we are adopting these tools and services in our workforce.

For aspiring entrepreneurs who want to venture into the PR and branding world, what advice would you give based on your personal experience and the lessons you’ve learned along the way?

I’d like to provide a modest piece of advice: we must focus on developing leaders rather than employees. An employee’s job is to finish the task at hand, whereas a leader’s job is to take on responsibility and prepare the road for success by simply supporting you.
