Ingredients:
• 2 Bananas (ripe but firm)
• 1 Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate bar (80 g)
• 1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
• 1 tbsp Crushed Pistachios
• 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
• 1 tbsp Crushed Almonds
• Toothpicks or cocktail sticks
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1 – Peel and cut the bananas into thick slices, about an inch thick. Insert a toothpick or cocktail stick into each banana slice and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 1 hour.
Step 2 – Melt the Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
Step 3 – Dip each frozen banana slice halfway into the melted chocolate. Immediately sprinkle your topping of choice—desiccated coconut, pistachios, chia seeds, or crushed almonds—before the chocolate sets.
Step 4 – Place them back on the tray and freeze for another 15–20 minutes until fully set. Serve chilled.
Oreo Modak with Mango and Cashew Nuts Filling

Ingredients:
For the Outer Layer:
• 1 pack Oreo Cookies
• 2 tbsp Cadbury Dairy Milk
• 1 tbsp Milk
For the Filling:
• 2 tbsp Mango Pulp
• 1 tbsp Chopped Cashew Nuts
• ½ tbsp Honey
• 1 tsp Desiccated Coconut
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1 – Crush Oreo cookies to a fine powder using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-lock bag and rolling with a pin.
Step 2 – Melt Cadbury Dairy Milk and combine it with the crushed Oreos. Add 1 tbsp milk and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
Step 3 – In a bowl, mix mango pulp, chopped cashew nuts, honey, and desiccated coconut to form the filling.
Step 4 – Take a small portion of the Oreo dough, flatten it in your palm, and place a spoonful of the mango filling in the center. Gently seal the edges and shape into a modak using a mould or your fingers.
Step 5 – Chill the modaks in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes before serving.
