One of the whisky cocktails from our recently-launched cocktail range is Indian Summers: it is a clarified Japanese whisky cocktail, with jackfruit saccharum and tomato puree. It is a light but potent drink, high on technique but laced with nostalgic Indianness, which has become a bar favourite at Taftoon.
