TheGlitz recently had the privilege of extensively reviewing four Deltin Goa properties in a three-day visit. And boy, did I like it. My stay was centred at North Goa’s opulent Deltin Suites. It is only a 5-minute drive from Candolim Beach, making it a perfect base for touring the resort’s other three properties, Deltin Royale and Deltin Gold by car, and Deltin Zuri, which is situated in South Goa.
While Deltin Suites offered comfort and elegance, the other properties truly shone in their focus on luxury gaming and entertainment, which promised an unforgettable experience. Each venue boasted its own unique charm, catering to different tastes and preferences. But all shared a commitment to providing top-tier experiences. Deltin Gold and Deltin Zuri are situated on prime real estate in the bustling downtown area, while Deltin Royale floats majestically on the water, accessible by a short boat ride.
DELTIN SUITES: The Flagship Property
Upon my arrival, the Deltin hospitality crew greeted me warmly at the grand entrance. The welcoming smiles and professional demeanour of the lobby staff immediately set the tone for what would be an exceptional stay. After a smooth check-in process, I was escorted to my accommodation—a stunning suite that the staff proudly informed me was one of their finest.
As the door swung open, I was immediately struck by the suite’s elegance and spaciousness. The crowning feature was undoubtedly the expansive balcony, offering a 360-degree view of the resort’s main pool. From plush furnishings to state-of-the-art amenities, every aspect was carefully considered to ensure guests’ utmost comfort. This first-hand experience set the ball rolling for my three-day adventure through Deltin’s impressive properties.
After freshening up, we met at Caldin, the resort’s in-house restaurant overlooking the pool, famous for Goan food with locals and guests alike. I must say, the Goan prawn curry and rice with pomfret fry were smashing; I can still remember the taste. The restaurant sources its catch daily from local fishermen, I was told. The freshness of the fish is evident in every bite, whether it’s the delicate prawns or the hearty seafood stew. It’s a real treat. No worries for veggies, though, as Goan Grub has lots of tasty options without meat too.
After a big meal, the crew graciously showed me around. The Deltin Suites is more than a resort and gaming haven. The property boasts an impressive list of amenities. At its heart is “Vegas,” a sophisticated multi-cuisine restaurant offering the choicest fare. Guests with families can avail of the crèche facility, which has a separate children’s play area. Health enthusiasts will appreciate the state-of-the-art gymnasium, while those in pursuit of relaxation can indulge in the serene spa facilities. A dedicated area for work meetings for business professionals is also included, should a need arise. The tour culminated at the entertainment hub, a lively space offering an exciting variety of games and chances to try their luck and hit the jackpot.
DELTIN GOLD: LUXURY REDEFINED
Nestled in the bustling Candolim-Sinquerim district is “Deltin Gold,” a more modern and sleeker venue providing best-in-class luxury gaming, dining, and entertainment geared towards a younger demographic. The gaming floor, which has 145 gaming positions, is a high-tech wonderland with the latest electronic games and interactive experiences. The Gold puts a strong emphasis on entertainment, featuring a state-of-the-art concert hall that hosts top-tier musical acts, live DJs, and other singing and dance performances.
We enjoyed live music and dance shows while sipping great cocktails. The vibe was infectious and exciting. It’s a perfect spot to celebrate with family or close friends, making your Goan holiday truly special.

It is not an exaggeration to call Deltin Royale the crown jewel of the Deltin portfolio in terms of fine dining options, a dedicated kid’s room, and premium entertainment. For those seeking a truly unique experience, “Deltin Royale” awaits. Docked just offshore, this floating palace of luxury gaming and entertainment is accessible via a short ferry ride, which itself sets the stage for the adventure to come. As you approach, the ship’s grandeur becomes apparent, with its sleek lines and shimmering lights reflecting off the water.
Once aboard, guests are transported to a world of nautical luxury. The gaming floors span multiple decks, each with its own theme and atmosphere. The upper deck has Monte Carlo-inspired elegance, while the lower levels have a relaxed Caribbean vibe, catering to all tastes. The beverage service at Royale is top-notch, with attentive servers constantly circulating the gaming floor. The Royale, one of Asia’s largest gaming and entertainment destinations, is spread across an area of 50,000 sq. ft. and offers over 1000 gaming positions.
The culinary options on Deltin Royale are truly excellent. There are three main places to eat and drink, each offering something special. First, there’s Vegas, a big buffet restaurant where you can sample loads of different cuisines while enjoying live shows—perfect for those who like variety and entertainment with their meals.
Then there’s Whiskys, a posh lounge just for Club Deltin members. Here, you can sip on top-quality single malts and other spirits, nibble on delicious cold meats, fancy salads, and tasty finger foods, all while relaxing in plush leather seats that make you feel like you’re in an old-time gentleman’s club.
Finally, there’s the Sky Bar on the rooftop, where you can enjoy creative cocktails under the stars. The view of the peaceful Mandovi River adds to the magical atmosphere, making it a brilliant spot for a romantic evening or a night out with friends. Whether you’re after a big meal, a refined drinking experience, or a trendy rooftop bar, Deltin Royale has got you covered with its top-notch food and drink offerings.
Accommodations and Service
Deltin Suites offers luxurious accommodation options for those wishing to extend their stay. The rooms are tastefully appointed, featuring plush bedding, modern conveniences, and stunning views. The suites at Deltin Suites stand out, especially because of their spacious living areas and private balconies that provide pool views. During peak tourist season, rooms are impossible to get on the weekend, so it’s advisable to have prior reservations in place to avoid last-minute disappointments.
The service across all four properties is impeccable. From the moment you step through the doors (or onto the deck), you’re greeted like royalty. The Deltin ambassadors who strut their stuff in the foyer and on the floor are pretty, tall, and alluring. The serving staff is attentive without being intrusive and always ready to cater to your every need. Whether it’s arranging for a last-minute dinner reservation or ensuring your favourite game is available, no request is too big or small.
DELTIN ZURI
Ensconced within a dedicated section of The Zuri White Sands Resort, Deltin Zuri in South Goa presents an unparalleled luxury gaming experience for the most discerning guests. Despite prior reservations, a last-minute, whirlwind visit to this property was planned. As I stepped onto the busy gaming floor, the vibrant energy was visible. Attentive staff warmly greeted me, offering to guide me through the myriad of table games. They expertly explained the nuances, which evoked feelings of anxiety and an adventurous spirit within me, compelling me to consider trying my luck.
Nestled within this lively space was a cosy bar and restaurant, allowing patrons to savour refreshing libations or a quick bite without distancing themselves from the main attraction. I was soaking up all the action and it was fun.

In conclusion, Deltin Goa offers something for everyone. As my adventure came to an end, I reflected on the distinct character of each venue. Whether you prefer the classic elegance of Deltin Royale, the modern flair of Deltin Gold, or the unique experience of Deltin Zuri, visitors are assured a night (or several) filled with memorable thrills, gastronomic delights, and top-notch service.
