Farheen Belgaumwala, Co-Founder, A&Co & Happiness Coach

Warm, wise, and deeply empowering, Farheen Belgaumwala is a woman who believes that true success begins from within. As a Co-Founder, A&Co and Happiness Coach, she has dedicated her journey to helping people build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a more meaningful relationship with themselves and the world around them. But beyond her professional achievements lies the role that transformed her most profoundly… motherhood.

For Farheen, motherhood became more than a personal journey; it became her greatest teacher. It taught her patience, surrender, emotional presence, and the extraordinary power of unconditional love. While she guides others toward happiness and clarity, being a mother continually reminds her that the deepest wisdom often comes from slowing down, reflecting inward, and simply being present.

What makes Farheen especially inspiring is her belief that connection is built not through perfection or grand gestures, but through everyday moments filled with honesty, warmth, and emotional safety. Whether it is sharing conversations over meals, creating mindful pauses at home, or simply listening with intention, she embodies a nurturing presence that makes the people around her feel seen, heard, and valued.

Gracefully balancing ambition with compassion, Farheen represents a new generation of women who understand that strength does not have to be loud to be powerful. Her journey is rooted in authenticity, purposeful resilience, and the courage to evolve while staying emotionally grounded.

For TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026, Farheen Belgaumwala stands as a beautiful reminder that modern motherhood is not about doing everything perfectly, it is about showing up with love, self-awareness, and heart, every single day.

Over To Farheen Belgaumwala

You wear many hats – mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?

Motherhood has surprised me the most, no degree, role or achievement prepares you for the emotional depth it demands. It teaches you patience, surrender and unconditional love in ways nothing else can. As a happiness coach and educator, I often help others find clarity, but motherhood teaches me daily that true wisdom begins with self-reflection, presence and practicing what you preach.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?

I believe connection is built in ordinary moments, not grand gestures. A simple meal together, honest conversations, shared laughter, gardening or simply sitting without screens – these pauses matter. As someone who works in happiness and emotional wellness, I consciously create emotional safety at home, where my child feels heard, not just managed.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?

Control is an illusion; presence is everything.

Motherhood taught me that being fully present matters more than having the perfect plan. In boardrooms, we focus on strategy and outcomes. At home, children teach you that love, listening, and emotional availability create the deepest impact.

If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?

I think they would say: strong, creative and kind/caring.

I would hope they say: safe space, inspiring and understanding.

Because beyond achievements, I want my child to remember me as someone who made him feel seen, supported and deeply loved.
