Mrs. Saroj Mittal

Mrs. Saroj Mittal… visionary entrepreneur, philanthropist, and the Founder of Ofis Square, is not just redefining the way India works, but also how legacy is lived. This Mother’s Day, we celebrate Mrs. Saroj Mittal as TheGlitzMegaStar Mom, a woman whose journey is a masterclass in nurturing values that span generations.

A mother, grandmother, and inspiring leader, Mrs. Mittal believes her greatest accomplishment lies not in boardrooms or accolades but in the beautiful evolution of her family. “Seeing my children develop into generous, considerate people and now watching the same values take hold in my grandchildren,” she says, “has been life’s greatest gift.” It is this quiet, unwavering strength… rooted in love and character… that defines her.

While she gracefully built her family on strong, timeless values, she also pioneered change outside her home, spearheading numerous social causes through a women’s club she passionately led, and eventually, founding Ofis Square later in life. It was a bold reminder that it’s never too late to chase new dreams.

Today, as the matriarch of her family and the driving force behind a rapidly growing business, Mrs. Mittal doesn’t chase perfection. She embraces presence. Whether mentoring her team at the office or being a steady, nurturing figure at home, her calm confidence, honed by experience, lights the path forward.

On this Mother’s Day, TheGlitz salutes Mrs. Saroj Mittal, a woman who proves that true leadership begins at home… and then transforms the world. With the quiet strength of a mother and the vision of a trailblazer, she has nurtured values that echo through generations. From shaping compassionate individuals to building dynamic business ecosystems, her journey is a masterclass in purpose-driven success. Her legacy is not just in the lives she’s touched, but in the enduring culture of empathy, resilience, and innovation she continues to champion. She is, quite simply, the embodiment of grace with grit. Kudos to Mrs. Saroj Mittal…

What’s been the most rewarding part of your motherhood journey so far?

Seeing my children develop into generous, considerate people and now watching the same values take hold in my grandchildren has been life’s greatest gift. It’s immensely gratifying to know that the lessons I taught, sometimes in small, subtle ways, are now influencing the next generation. That inheritance of love, grit, and character is much more significant than any official accolade.

How do you tackle challenges, and what are three milestones that define your journey?

Through the years, I have learned to meet challenges with grace, patience, and inner strength values instilled in me by motherhood and life itself.

Three milestones

1.       Bringing up my family on values now resonating through my grandchildren.

2.       Steering a number of social causes through the women’s club I have fostered over the years, in education and welfare.

3.       Starting Ofis Square later in life, showing that it’s never too late to chase new dreams and make a difference.

How do you strike that beautiful balance between work and home life?

At this point in life, balance is presence and attitude. I no longer pursue perfection. I value moments that count. With loved ones, I am a guiding hand and a comforting presence. At the office, I lead with experience and peaceful confidence. Balance, for me, is in knowing what really needs my time and energy and in giving myself grace in getting it all done.

My TheGlitz quote is...

Mrs. Saroj Mittal

“Motherhood never ages. It matures into wisdom, into legacy, into love that multiplies with each new generation.”
