She’s super stunning, uber-fit, and strikingly attractive. Indeed, Bollywood’s most gorgeous heroine Katrina Kaif like fine claret red wine is looking better and better with age. So we nosed around ‘Kat’ like and sniffed out the stunning ‘tigress’s beauty secrets.

Salman Khan once said, “Katrina Kaif is one actor who looks stunning even without makeup.” True. Kat doesn’t need too much makeup because she’s blessed with a gorgeous peaches ‘n’ cream English complexion. Though she goes makeup less when not shooting when in front of the camera, before she applies makeup, she daubs ice cubes wrapped in muslin cloth on her face and that’s the secret of her glowing face. Another secret we managed to pry out is that she puts a few drops of apricot oil on her face before sleeping and never steps outside her house without her moisturizing sunblock.

During the day, Kat carries her moisture cream SPF 30, her lip balm in the hue of apricot, her ‘can’t do without’ blush, and her favorite curved brush mascara.

In the evening, she enhances her eyes with kohl and uses a cream concealer, and voila, Kat is ready to conquer the world.

Mane Attraction: Katrina uses Kiehl’s leave-in conditioner to get the shine in her hair. She also uses a nourishing hair pack to get that healthy glossy look to her hair.

Kat Living:  She drinks tons of water so when she wakes up, she makes sure she drinks at least four glasses of water to wash off the impurities of the night. She has a macrobiotic diet and eats a lot of fresh-boiled veggies and fruits every two hours. She has fiber-rich food but carbs are ‘no no’ for her.

Fit ‘n’ fine:  Kat loves doing yoga and it helps her look super svelte. Her weight and gym training is supervised by fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala who vouches for her dedication and diligence. Katrina loves dancing and according to her good friend Salman Khan, she’s the best dancer in Bollywood.

So now you know the ‘Kat’ mantra, go ahead and follow them, and look as stunning as Katrina Kaif.
