If you’re in Dubai and a die-hard chocoholic, you’re sure to know about Shyamli Sahni and her amazing Chocohhlait. Why do we say that? Well, Shyamli is a passionate chocolate connoisseur who has embarked on a choco culinary journey from homemade delights to being a Chocolatier Extraordinaire in Dubai. Today, her enterprising Chocohhlait is a huge hit with all chocolate lovers in Dubai and the talk of the town. To know more about her and her fine chocolates, TheGlitz delved into Shyamli Sahni’s extraordinary chocolate journey and her love for chocolates. Read on…

Ask Shyamli about her journey, and she confesses that it has been a journey of immense passion. She says, “As a young college student, my love for chocolate led me to experiment with creating delectable treats for my friends. It started as a mere hobby, a way to share my joy and express my creativity. Little did I know that this passion would later shape my life in ways I could never have imagined.”

She adds, ” Before embarking on this delightful journey, I never aspired to make chocolate connoisseurship my profession. It was merely a pleasurable pastime, something I did to bring happiness to those around me. However, fate had other plans in store for me. The turning point came on my daughter’s first birthday. Determined to make it a memorable occasion, I revived my chocolate-making skills and crafted homemade chocolates to delight our guests. The overwhelming response and the sheer joy on everyone’s faces ignited a spark within me. It was at that moment that I realized I had discovered my true calling.”

…And her passion for chocolate has catapulted her to being one of the most talked about chocolatiers in Dubai. Her labour of love – Chocohhlait offers some of the yummiest chocolates in Dubai that range from festive chocolates, occasion-specific orders, corporate and wedding orders, and healthy snacks.

But it’s World Chocolate Day and so we at TheGlitz had to ask this intrepid chocolate entrepreneur about her love affair with chocolates. Shyamli avers, “World Chocolate Day is a big milestone that recognizes the importance of our craft. We get to showcase our creativity and skills in turning cocoa beans into delicious chocolate treats. On this day, we celebrate the amazing flavors, smells, and textures of chocolate. We present our carefully crafted masterpieces that bring joy and excitement to people’s taste buds. Whether it’s the intense richness of dark chocolate or the smooth creaminess of milk chocolate, we aim to create a sensory experience that brings delight. So, let’s come together on this special day and appreciate the magic of chocolate. It’s a time to indulge in the pleasure it brings and to recognize the passion and dedication that goes into making it. As chocolatiers, we are proud to be part of a tradition that brings happiness to people all over the world.”

He did it again! That's right, Kartik Aaryan is making super-spicy headlines, and again, it's not for the right reasons... Indeed, TheGlitz says, if Bollywood had a syllabus titled How to Become Viral Without Saying a Word, Kartik Aaryan would currently be its most discussed case study. It all began, as most modern-day controversies do, not with a statement or a sighting but with a Goa whisper, a few blurry social media breadcrumbs, and the internet’s favourite sport: connecting dots that may or may not exist.
