Palate Fest 2023, the original food festival and the largest in the Indian subcontinent, is back with its latest edition, in collaboration with Mirchi Live, bigger and better than ever before! The two-day food extravaganza is coming to satiate discerning palates across all ages with a host of gastronomical delights and is taking place at a brand new venue, the versatile Aerocity Grounds at GMR Aerocity. The fest will be on from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM on the 4th and 5th of February 2023.

The new, beautifully landscaped venue overlooking Delhi’s newest golf course was selected at Aerocity, to ensure it remains convenient for residents of both Delhi and Gurgaon to attend this year’s Palate Fest. Not just that, but the conveniently located Aerocity Metro station makes traveling to the venue hassle-free. The much-awaited family affair once again brings together India’s finest restaurants, food enthusiasts, chefs, entertainers and musicians, a smorgasbord of food tastings, entertainment and an overall palate-pleasing affair. “This year is going to be extravagant as it will bring thousands across the capital territory together at a larger, more conveniently located venue, to cherish the cultural tenacity of the region, and will allow local food start-ups, makers, creators and performers to get an extraordinary platform to showcase their talent, enthuses Ruchi Sibal, co-founder; Director, Cibology Pvt. Ltd.

The culinary-focused festival will also witness enthralling performances, catering to the versatile audience that will be in attendance. The main highlight of the fest will be the launch of Palate Mkt, an e-commerce app on its way to becoming the biggest online marketplace for all things food and gourmet. Palate Mkt is an online venture by the founders of Palate Fest and venture built by Favcy Venture Builders.Openbook VC and Favcy VB are also investors in Cibology Pvt. Ltd., the company which owns both Palate Fest and Palate Mkt. “We created the Palate Fest to showcase the best and most popular products, as well as highlight restaurants with innovative offerings. Since we were unable to hold the food festival during the pandemic, we are especially excited to welcome the entire community back to celebrate great food and culture, and especially excited about the launch of Palate MKT” says Aditi Kapoor, co-founder, Director, Cibology Pvt. Ltd.

The food festival will have stalls set up by leading names in the culinary space, including from the kitchens of five-star hotels in the city, like the Hyatt, Soulinaire by IHCL, Ambassador and more. The lasting Delhi winters make for a great time to have delicacies from the coal-fired ovens of Koyla Kebab, Spice Market and The Great Kebab Factory, all of whom will be present at the venue, and for those with a taste for more continental cuisine, Burgerama with their triple patty burgers and Conosh are there for the tasting. With the popularity of Asian food growing in the capital, the fests’ directors bring us Wok In The Cloud, Kylin, Art Of Dumpling, Basil and Lime and more. For everyone with a sweet tooth, there are a host of bakeries, old and new alike; Red Moon Bakery, Bloom Café and Basque Cheesecake, to name but a handful, present at the fest.
