Could you tell us about Grillmaster by Woodside Burger Shop and the journey of Woodside Burger Shop?
The Grillmaster is a comprehensive kit that allows anyone to create their own burgers from scratch, from their own space. It is a kit that comes with an array of ingredients and necessary components for grilling and assembly that help to create your own burger. With an array of burger choices, the GrillMaster stands ready for any outdoor adventure, whether it’s a seaside escape to Alibaug or a mountain retreat in Lonavala.
About Woodside Burger – Woodside Burger Shop was launched in 2011. It started with the goal to provide top-quality burgers at a more economical price and also to be able to reach audiences at different locations. We also participated in several outdoor pop-ups which allowed us to cater to different kinds of audiences at larger scales.

Could you tell us how you all are retelling the burger story?
Woodside Burger Shop’s goal has always been to provide superior quality burgers at a more economical price and to cater to different audiences. We also try to update our burgers and menu offerings with time and along with the latest trends, which helps us survive and stay relevant in this market.

What are the challenges you all have faced?
Competition – in the last 2-3 years there has been a sudden rise in the burger market with a lot of burger cloud kitchens opening and also shutting, so to stay relevant and also to constantly evolve in terms of taste and trends is very important.
Quality – At Woodside Burger Shop, our goal is to ensure that our superior quality burgers leave our kitchen and reach the consumer in the same state, without compromising in the quality or taste.

Three major milestones in your burger journey?
Woodside Burger Shop launched in a pop-up format in 2011. Post that as a proper cloud kitchen in 2021.
And our latest milestone is the launch of our Grillmaster in 2023 – a comprehensive one-kit solution that allows you to create and grill your own burgers in the comfort of your space.
