Shradha Salla: Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Astrologer, Vastu & Wellness Expert, and Founder, I Love Me

In a world where success is often measured by visibility, numbers, and relentless momentum, Shradha Salla works quietly at a deeper frequency… where alignment, self-worth, and energy shape lasting impact. A Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Astrologer, Vastu & Wellness Expert, and the Founder of I Love Me, Shradha’s work bridges the often-overlooked connection between inner clarity and the spaces we inhabit. Trusted by public figures, creators, and high-performing individuals, she approaches Vastu not as superstition, but as a refined lifestyle and performance tool, one that supports emotional balance, confidence, creativity, and sustained success in high-pressure environments.

Shradha Salla

With a philosophy rooted in self-love, precision, and energetic intelligence, Shradha believes that our homes, workspaces, and even transient environments silently influence how we show up in the world. Her practice focuses on subtle, non-disruptive shifts that recalibrate energy without upheaval, helping individuals move from burnout to balance, from noise to clarity, and from effort to flow.

In an exclusive interview with Sumita Chakraborty, Founder & Editor-in-chief, TheGlitz, Shradha Salla talks about redefining Vastu for today’s celebrities and creators, the invisible ways space shapes confidence and creativity, and why true success begins when your inner world and outer environment are finally in alignment.

Over To Shradha Salla

Vastu is often misunderstood as superstition. How do you reframe it as an energy-alignment and lifestyle tool for today’s celebrities and creators? Secondly, how did your journey in the world of Vastu begin?

Shradha Salla: Vastu is not about fear or rigid rules; it is about energy intelligence. Every successful creator understands branding, lighting, angles, and timing. Vastu works on the same principle but at an invisible level: how space supports focus, confidence, magnetism, and flow.

For today’s celebrities, I position Vastu as a performance-enhancement and longevity tool, not a ritual. It aligns the nervous system with the environment so the individual can operate at their highest frequency consistently.

My journey began organically. Despite being deeply intuitive, I noticed repeating patterns when certain spatial alignments changed, my decisions became clearer, my confidence stronger, and opportunities more aligned. That curiosity evolved into structured learning, years of observation, and working with real lives, not theories. Vastu became my language for decoding why some people rise effortlessly while others struggle despite talent.

You work closely with public figures under immense pressure. In your experience, how does physical space influence creativity, confidence, and on-camera presence?

Shradha Salla: Physical space directly impacts the subconscious mind. A misaligned space creates background noise—restlessness, self-doubt, emotional fatigue—while an aligned one creates inner stillness.

For public figures, this translates into:
• Clearer expression on camera
• Stronger eye contact and presence
• Faster emotional recovery after criticism
• More authentic creativity rather than forced output

Many people work on their body and mind, but forget that they spend 70–80% of their life inside spaces that either support or drain them.

We hear of stars aligning scripts and schedules… but how important is aligning homes, vanity vans, and studios for sustained success and visibility? Any anecdote?

Shradha Salla: Alignment of space is what sustains success after visibility arrives.

I’ve seen cases where a minor Vastu correction in a vanity van or studio:
• Reduced anxiety before shoots
• Improved on-set relationships
• Brought back stalled projects without changing teams

One public figure came to me during a phase of sudden backlash and emotional overwhelm. There was nothing “wrong” externally, but their personal space showed severe imbalance in grounding zones. We made subtle corrections—no demolition. Within weeks, their emotional stability returned, public perception softened, and work offers realigned.

Vastu doesn’t fight fate; it supports timing.

What are common Vastu mistakes you see in celebrity homes or workspaces that quietly impact relationships, peace, or emotional balance?

Shradha Salla: Some very common Vastu mistakes include:
• Bedrooms dominated by work energy → emotional disconnect
• Mirrors reflecting beds or chaos → anxiety and sleep issues
• Overactivated fire zones → anger, impulsive decisions
• No grounding elements → instability despite success

Celebrities often design spaces for aesthetics, forgetting that beauty without balance drains faster.

Burnout and anxiety are increasingly spoken about in the entertainment industry. How can Vastu support mental wellness alongside therapy and life coaching?

Shradha Salla: Vastu does what therapy cannot—it works silently, 24/7.

While therapy addresses thought patterns, Vastu:
• Calms the nervous system
• Improves sleep quality
• Reduces emotional reactivity
• Creates psychological safety

Think of it as the environmental equivalent of emotional regulation. When combined with therapy or coaching, progress becomes faster and more sustainable.

For actors, influencers, and musicians constantly in the public eye, which areas of a space carry the most energetic weight?

Shradha Salla: Four zones are critical:
• Entrance – Controls visibility, opportunities, and first impressions
• Bedroom – Emotional recovery, self-worth, relationships
• Work zone / Studio – Output, confidence, consistency
• Mirrors – Self-image and subconscious programming

Even one misaligned zone can dilute personal magnetism.

Not everyone can renovate. What are some simple, non-disruptive Vastu corrections? Also, how has Vastu helped you build your future?

Shradha Salla: Vastu is about precision, not disruption.

Simple yet powerful shifts include:
• Reorienting seating or bed direction
• Correcting mirror placements
• Introducing elemental balance (earth, fire, water cues)
• Clearing blocked zones energetically

Personally, Vastu helped me move from survival to self-led success. I faced uncertainty, resistance, and moments of self-doubt—but alignment taught me patience, clarity, and trust in timing. Every challenge became a recalibration, not a setback.

Your philosophy connects self-love with personal energy and physical spaces. How does nurturing one’s environment reflect in success, relationships, and public image? What milestones are you proud of?

Shradha Salla: Your space is the physical extension of self-love.

When you respect your environment, you subconsciously affirm your worth and the world responds accordingly.

Aligned spaces lead to:
• Healthier relationships
• Confident public image
• Better decision-making
• Sustainable success

My proudest milestones aren’t material… they’re witnessing people reclaim calm, confidence, and clarity during their most visible yet vulnerable phases. Helping individuals become energetically sovereign—that is my true success.
