The hospitality industry in India has experienced significant growth in 2024, with events such as the G20 Summit and Cricket World Cup contributing to this revival. What has been your approach to capitalizing on this momentum, particularly with the Taj Hotel, Convention Centre, and Hard Rock Cafe?
Paritosh:
The hospitality industry in India has seen remarkable growth in 2023-24, driven by events like the G20 Summit and Cricket World Cup. The sector reported double-digit revenue growth, supported by domestic demand and recovering foreign tourist arrivals.

As significant employers in this industry, we understand that success depends on continually surprising our guests and making them want to return, whether for weekend getaways, weddings, or corporate events. Our guests serve as our best brand ambassadors, making their experience paramount.

As owners of Taj Hotel Agra and Hard Rock Café Delhi, we focus on delivering exceptional experiences. We’ve observed travelers’ increasing preference for luxury lifestyles, leading us to enhance our renewable energy usage while managing fixed costs to maintain margins. India’s young, educated population with disposable income represents the future of travel. Our central theme remains providing luxury for the elite, supported by data showing Indian millionaires are projected to double from 796,000 in 2021 to 1.6 million by 2026, according to Credit Suisse.

2025 is expected to bring continued growth, especially in wedding tourism, corporate travel, and experiential stays. How is Sincere Developers positioning itself to cater to these demands and continue to grow in the coming year?
Paritosh:
Looking ahead, we’re adapting to the Instagram-driven market where travelers seek more than traditional five-star accommodations. They want visually appealing, lavish experiences and international cuisines. We’re investing INR 1500 crore in the luxury hospitality sector, with plans to open new hotels in Agra, Udaipur, Goa, and Rishikesh. Our Agra property is undergoing renovation to offer an enhanced luxury experience.

With a growing focus on sustainability and technology in hospitality, how are your establishments integrating these practices to offer a unique and environmentally responsible experience to guests?
Paritosh:
As the industry embraces a more eco-conscious approach, Sincere Developers is committed to integrating sustainable practices in our hospitality ventures. From energy-efficient infrastructure to locally sourced materials, we aim to create a responsible yet luxurious travel experience for our guests.
Technology is another game-changer in the hospitality space.

Smart hotel solutions, AI-driven concierge services, and immersive VR experiences are shaping the future of luxury stays. We are working towards implementing tech-enabled personalization to enhance guest satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency.

Heritage tourism and experiential stays have become more popular in recent years. How do you see the Taj Hotel and Convention Centre in Agra standing out in this competitive landscape, especially with the demand for immersive cultural experiences?

Paritosh: Heritage tourism has gained immense popularity in recent years, with travelers seeking cultural, historical, and architectural experiences. The Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra, located in the heart of one of the world’s most famous heritage cities, is uniquely positioned to cater to this growing demand.

We are witnessing the rise of a new breed of travelers—those who prioritize meaningful experiences over sightseeing, quality over quantity, and connection over convenience.

Our goal is to blend cultural authenticity with modern luxury, offering immersive activities such as heritage walks, traditional culinary experiences, and curated local interactions that allow guests to engage deeply with Agra’s rich history

Personalized luxury is a growing trend in hospitality. What steps is Sincere Developers taking to ensure that your clients receive tailored experiences that make their stays memorable and unique?

Paritosh: Modern luxury travelers demand customized and highly personalized experiences. At Sincere Developers, we go beyond standard offerings to curate tailor-made services that make each guest’s stay unique.

From bespoke dining experiences featuring international cuisines to exclusive wellness retreats, our focus is on delivering memorable, one-of-a-kind moments that set our properties apart.
This personalization extends to our wedding and corporate event planning, where we provide clients with tailored venue settings, customized décor, and unique experiential elements to elevate their special occasions.

As someone with vast experience in the industry, what do you envision for the future of the Indian hospitality sector, and how do you see Sincere Developers contributing to India’s global leadership in hospitality?

Paritosh: The Indian hospitality sector is on an upward trajectory, with the luxury segment growing at 30-35% annually. In the next six months, we expect to grow by 20-25% in Agra, primarily due to increased room rates and higher demand.

Our expansion plans include two boutique hotels in Goa and a mid-scale 200-250 room hotel in Noida, with all projects expected to be completed within the next four years.
India is emerging as a global leader in hospitality, and Sincere Developers is committed to playing a key role in this growth. The post-pandemic travel boom, combined with the power of social media-driven tourism, has reshaped the industry landscape.

Travelers today seek grandeur, exclusivity, and immersive experiences, and we are dedicated to setting new benchmarks in luxury hospitality. With our continued investments, focus on experiential and sustainable luxury, and commitment to delivering world-class hospitality, we aim to elevate India’s presence on the global tourism map. The future of hospitality is here, and we are ready to lead the way.
