LUV RESTAURANT: Two Years, One Delicious Trip Down Memory Lane

Sometimes the best anniversary celebration isn’t about inventing something new. It is about bringing back what people loved. As Luv Restaurant completes two years on September 19, it is marking the occasion with an Archive Menu, bringing back much-loved dishes from previous menus for a limited time.

The menu reads like a culinary memory box: Mushroom Tart with wild mushrooms, fresh herbs and onion soubise; Hasselback Potatoes with lemongrass-infused beurre blanc; Coastal Prawn Roll; crisp Softshell Crab with a citrus dip; Raw Papaya Salad; Beetroot & Burrata; and Luv’s playful Non-Alcoholic Rum & Coke.

The idea is wonderfully uncomplicated… give regulars another chance to revisit dishes they remember and introduce newer diners to plates they may have missed. HYLO PRESENTS GUY J: One Artist. One Night. No Rush.
