Whats been the most rewarding part of your motherhood journey so far?
The most rewarding part has been watching my children grow up with the values I hold close—resilience, empathy, and independence. Knowing that I’ve raised kind, curious individuals while simultaneously building a business from scratch gives me an unmatched sense of pride. I’ve often brought them into my world of work, and seeing them understand and respect what I do has been incredibly fulfilling.

How do you tackle challenges, and what are three milestones that define your journey?

Challenges are a constant companion in entrepreneurship and motherhood. I tackle them with clarity, a calm mind, and relentless optimism.
Three defining milestones in my journey would be:

  1. Launching my manufacturing company from a small unit and scaling it into a recognized entity.
  2. Navigating the business through an economic downturn while staying profitable—and present at home.
  3. Building a work culture that supports working mothers and women in leadership roles, creating ripple effects beyond my own journey.

How do you strike that beautiful balance between work and home life?
I’ve learned that balance isn’t about splitting hours evenly—it’s about being fully present wherever I am. In the boardroom, I lead as a CEO; at home, I show up wholeheartedly. Clear delegation, firm boundaries, and a strong support system keep me grounded. Most importantly, I’ve let go of the pursuit of perfection and embraced the power of presence.
