Rishina Bansal

Rishina Bansal, co-founder and clinical embryologist at Archish Fertility & IVF, is considered one of the nation’s top fertility experts. And we’re super excited to wrap the series by introducing someone truly amazing—our final nominee who absolutely deserves the spotlight on the TheGlitzMegaSuperMom list! Imagine dedicating your life to bringing forth the greatest joy, especially for those who thought it might be forever out of reach. That’s precisely what Rishina Bansal does.

Her life’s work revolves around a remarkable achievement: guiding mothers who’d lost hope, helping them navigate the intricate path to parenthood through her exceptional IVF expertise. Standing tall to the stature of her work, Rishina’s clinic is aptly named “Archish,” a word typically meaning “bright,” “brilliant,” or “light”—symbolizing the first ray of sun and new beginnings. Her work perfectly reflects her mission for aspiring moms, for whom motherhood once seemed a faraway dream.

As an IVF mother herself, Rishina brings not just cutting-edge science but a profound, personal empathy to every journey, believing that a mother’s touch can truly change lives, even before they begin.

“To be acknowledged as a ‘MegaSuper Mom’ is incredibly touching. For me, the true superpower lies in witnessing the resilience and hope of every aspiring mother,” says Rishina.

TheGlitzMedia: As an IVF mother and a Clinical Embryologist, what is the most rewarding part of your motherhood journey so far?

Rishina: As an embryologist, I’ve helped create countless babies in the lab—but I never imagined I would one day become an IVF mom myself. The very science I’ve dedicated my career to become the reason I now hold my own bundle of joy and proudly wear the title of “mom.”

How do you tackle challenges in your roles as a mompreneur and clinic leader, and what are three defining milestones from this journey?

Motherhood teaches us far more than we often give it credit for. Since becoming a mother, I’ve developed qualities like patience, thoughtful analysis, and the ability to see and nurture individual potential—traits I hadn’t fully embraced before. These have been invaluable in my journey as a mompreneur, helping me lead with empathy and purpose.

Three milestones that stand out in my journey:

  1. Expanding our clinics from 2 to 6 locations after becoming a mom.
  2. Being selected for and completing the prestigious IIM-Goldman Sachs program.
  3. Launching and scaling multiple new verticals within our team that didn’t exist before.

Given your experience, how do you manage your professional and personal life?

I believe it’s essential to build a strong support ecosystem at home—there’s a reason they say, “it takes a village.” Whether it’s family or trusted caregivers, having that foundation is critical when you’re running a business.

I don’t think there’s a perfect work-life balance every day; instead, you focus on what needs the most attention at that moment and keep moving forward.

My TheGlitz quote is…

“Being a working mom doesn’t mean doing it all—it means doing what matters most, with love, grit, and grace.”

The red carpet at the 79th Cannes Film Festival witnessed many glamorous moments this year, but few carried the striking blend of elegance, intelligence, and emotional depth quite like actor and medical scientist Niharica Raizada’s appearance at the premiere of the French historical epic La Bataille de Gaulle: L'âge de fer (The Iron Age).
There’s a strange new Olympic sport flourishing among a section of Indian influencers and well-heeled travellers. It involves flying abroad, standing dramatically in front of impeccably clean European streets or in this case, Sri Lankan railway platforms, inhaling deeply as though they’ve personally discovered oxygen, and then loudly announcing to unsuspecting foreigners that India is “the filthiest country in the world.”

At a time when the beauty industry often profits from self-doubt, Vikar Beauty dares to ask a radically simple question: What if beauty was never something that needed fixing in the first place?
