Sumita Chakraborty, Founder & Editor-in-Chief, TheGlitz takes a deeper look at the Inka by Bastian, city’s newest lunch affair that blends global culinary finesse with curated indulgence.

In a city that’s always on the move, lunch is often a rushed afterthought. But Inka by Bastian, Mumbai’s trailblazing Peruvian-Asian restaurant, is inviting you to slow down…. and savour your lunch, that too in style. With the launch of its new Business Set Lunch, Inka is turning the mid-day meal into an elegant ritual, effortlessly fusing flavour with finesse, and business with pleasure. Sumita Chakraborty, Founder & Editor-in-Chief, TheGlitz, spotlights the exquisite elegance of Inka by Bastian, where culinary artistry meets midday indulgence.

Inka by Bastian Rules

Available from Tuesday to Sunday, between 12 PM and 4 PM, this four-course curated experience redefines lunch as a lifestyle moment. Priced at an enticing ₹1500 for the first month, this is an invitation to indulge without inhibition. Post the inaugural offer, the lunch is available at ₹1800 for the vegetarian menu and ₹2000 for the non-vegetarian, still maintaining a refined balance between exclusivity and accessibility.

Exquisite Interiors

Housed in the iconic Peninsula Corporate Park in Lower Parel, Inka’s interiors are a visual feast… chic, contemporary, and quietly opulent. The design echoes the menu’s philosophy: bold yet nuanced, global in influence but deeply rooted in detail. It’s the kind of space where conversations linger and every plate is Instagram-worthy, yet elevated beyond mere aesthetics.

But make no mistake, this isn’t just about ambience. The menu, meticulously crafted by Inka’s culinary team, is a testament to the art of fusion done right. From the first bite to the last, each course reveals layers of thoughtful technique and innovation.

Feasting On Delicious Food

The journey often begins with Ceviche Mixto Carretillero, a zesty Peruvian classic elevated with fresh seafood and citrus firepower. Another standout? The Salmon Tiradito… delicately sliced, impeccably dressed, and silky in texture. The Anticucho Marino, a flame-grilled wonder, brings heat, depth, and a whisper of smokiness that lingers just long enough. And no visit to Inka would be complete without the cult-favorite Tiger Maki, a roll that balances crunch, creaminess, and umami in perfect harmony.

Sweet Endings

Those with a sweet tooth can opt to conclude their meal with a decadent flourish, Choco Udon, a playful, indulgent take on dessert, or the sublime Crème Brûlée Cheesecake, both available at an additional cost. These are indeed edible epilogues that linger on the palate and in memory.

What sets Inka’s Business Set Lunch apart, however, is its intention. This is a delectable curated pause. Whether you’re closing a deal, catching up with a friend, or taking a personal moment of indulgence between meetings, the experience is designed to feel elevated, effortless, and endlessly chic.

TheGlitz Says

Mumbai’s fine dining scene has long flirted with the idea of luxury lunches, but Inka is one of the first to truly nail the formula: location, precision, and narrative. This isn’t fast fine-dining, it’s a slow celebration of the senses, created for those who believe every meal should be memorable.

Besides this, Inka’s commitment to quality and artistry continues to reinforce its position as more than just a restaurant, it’s a culinary destination for tastemakers, trendsetters, and global gourmands alike. The launch of the Business Set Lunch only solidifies its ethos: luxury should be lived, not just reserved for dinner.

So, the next time the clock strikes noon and the city pulses around you, consider this: a table at Inka isn’t just a reservation—it’s a rendezvous with indulgence.
