Dr Vaishaly Bharambe, MBBS, MD, PhD-Anatomy, Counsellor and Medical Educator, Founder: VB Anatomy Academy (YouTube channel)
Some women leave an impact through their achievements. Others through the lives they touch. Dr Vaishaly Bharambe has done both — with quiet determination, intellectual brilliance, and the unwavering strength of a mother who believes in lifelong growth.
An accomplished medical educator, counsellor, and founder of VB Anatomy Academy, Dr Vaishaly Bharambe has dedicated her life to empowering young minds through education and mentorship. With an impressive academic journey spanning MBBS, MD, and PhD in Anatomy, she has become a respected name in the world of medical education. Yet beyond the degrees, titles, and accomplishments lies a woman deeply grounded in purpose, values, and motherhood.
What makes Dr Bharambe’s story truly inspiring is her belief that success is not about chasing recognition — it is about quietly following a vision with sincerity and consistency. While the world may celebrate milestones and achievements, she sees them simply as moments in an endless journey of learning, exploration, and self-discovery.
Motherhood, however, transformed that journey in profound ways.
For Dr Bharambe, being a mother awakened a strength she never knew existed within her. It deepened her determination, sharpened her sense of purpose, and taught her that growth is not just personal — it is deeply connected to the example one sets for their children. Her desire to evolve professionally and intellectually became intertwined with a simple yet powerful hope: that her children would one day look at her with pride.
In a world obsessed with speed and constant hustle, she created meaningful pauses through the simplest yet most beautiful rituals — reading books together, discussing classic literature, and nurturing emotional connection through shared experiences. Even the family’s beloved cocker spaniel became part of a childhood filled with warmth, empathy, and emotional richness.
Grounded, thoughtful, and quietly powerful, Dr Vaishaly Bharambe represents a new-age woman who balances intellect with emotional depth, ambition with humility, and leadership with compassion. Her journey is not about perfection, but about determination, purpose, and showing up every day with authenticity.
For her, being TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026 is not merely a personal recognition, it is a celebration of women who continue to contribute, lead, nurture, and inspire across every sphere of life. More importantly, it reflects a future where achievement is viewed not through the lens of gender, but through the impact of one’s work, character, and humanity.
And perhaps that is what makes Dr Vaishaly Bharambe truly exceptional — her ability to shape minds, nurture hearts, and inspire generations, all while remaining beautifully grounded in who she is.

You wear many hats — mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?
Motherhood didn’t surprise me in its intent, but the strength and determination it awakened in me truly did. Leadership revealed itself over time, as clarity of thought and self-belief grew stronger within me. I have never seen myself as an achiever—only as someone who quietly follows a vision. What the world calls achievements are simply milestones in an ongoing journey of growth and exploration.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?
In a world that celebrates constant hustle, I created meaningful pauses with my children through our shared love for books. From a young age, we connected over reading, especially classic English literature—spending evenings discussing stories and characters that stayed with us over the years. Another beautiful pause came in the form of our cocker spaniel, who was part of our lives for over 12 years and brought a deeper emotional dimension to my children’s upbringing—something I will always be grateful for.
What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?
Motherhood taught me that the desire to grow is not just personal—it is deeply connected to the example you set for your children. I realized I wanted to develop myself so that my children could see what good education and values can lead to, and feel proud of me. No boardroom could have taught me that a child’s pride can be such a powerful motivation for self-growth. It shaped not only my career, but also the way I choose to live my life—with the intention of being someone they can respect and aspire to become.
If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?
That’s my mom!
What does being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world — perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?

Being The Glitz Mega Super Mom 2026, to me, is a celebration of motherhood and of carving a meaningful space for myself in my chosen field. It is an acknowledgment not only of my academic abilities, but also of my social contributions and my dynamism as an entrepreneur.
At a deeper level, it represents recognition of women and their multifaceted roles. And perhaps most importantly, it carries a hope—that one day such recognition becomes gender-neutral, where we celebrate human beings as achievers, beyond the category of gender.
