Your journey has had many momentous milestones. Could you tell us about your life-changing journey that has moulded you to be what you are today?

I’m Shweta Shah, a Celebrity Dietician, Well-Recognized Nutritionist and Certified Professional Health and Wellness Coach. Well, like everyone, even I have had my fair share of milestones and setbacks that have shaped my journey. My motto has always been to encourage people and make them believe to move away from conventional medicines to cure all their medical conditions naturally. While doing this, I have had a roller coaster of a ride giving me more than 18 years of diversified experience in consulting.

I started off as a nutrition graduate knocking on doors to give diet plans and I still remember those days when technology was not apt and just growing in my career was very difficult. After my clients started seeing immense results, the word spread out and I started getting recognized celebrities as my clients. So, starting from scratch and reaching the milestone of becoming a Celebrity Nutritionist is my grateful journey.

Could you list 3 of your major achievements?

To name my major achievements would obviously be my recognized clientele of celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Urvashi Rautela. Apart from it even National sportsmen like Harbhajan and Rishabh Pant. Not just celebrities and sportsmen but even giving the gift of health to hundreds of people over the years is my major achievement.

What are the setbacks you have faced? How did you tackle these setbacks or challenges? And what lesson have you learned from it?

In the nutrition service, Every day is a challenging day for me because every day we get new patients and every human body is different from each other so sometimes it’s challenging to analyse their body types and plan their diets according to their likes and dislikes. Every day something new comes up and I need to be up to date with the changing trends. Client Satisfaction is the USP that helps us to excel. When you focus on the client experience, work on their expectations and deliver amazing results then you don’t have to worry about anything. We always strive to make our clients happy and delighted.

When you look back, what are the three qualities in you that have helped you become what you are today?

My major qualities that I give credit to for my success are time management which helped me manage my home along with my career, simple honesty in food and lifestyle which I strive to teach people and dedication towards my work. I do my work with all my heart and that has given me all these results.

Who are the people who have been the wind behind your wings?

I am so grateful for my family and team for being my backbone throughout my journey.

Lastly,  if there was a quote to define you, what would it be?

I would say the quote I live by and would like to be recognized by is “simple is honest, simple is powerful” being I truly believe so.
