Your journey has had many momentous milestones. Could you tell us about the life-changing milestones that have moulded you into what you are today?

Reflecting on my journey, I realise it’s not defined by singular milestones but by daily dedication and perseverance. Each day’s small efforts have contributed to a larger narrative, akin to drops forming an ocean. It’s about consistent commitment, innovative thinking, and refusing to succumb to challenges. This ethos has shaped me into who I am today.

What are the setbacks you have faced? How did you tackle these setbacks or challenges? And what lesson have you learned from it?

As an entrepreneur, challenges are a daily occurrence. While my family business provided a foundation, venturing into 7 Bazaari brought new challenges. Every setback became a learning opportunity, emphasizing the need for adaptability and going beyond expectations. Through extra effort and resilience, I’ve learned that setbacks often pave the way for unforeseen successes.

When you look back, what are the three qualities in you that have helped you become what you are today?

Reflecting on my journey, three qualities stand out: persistence, consistency, and innovative thinking. These traits have been instrumental in navigating the competitive landscape. Persistence fuels resilience, consistency ensures progress, and innovative thinking propels us ahead. It’s about envisioning the future and staying ahead of the curve.

Who are the people who have been the wind behind your wings?

Behind every success story are unwavering supporters. For me, it’s my parents and brother who have been the wind beneath my wings. Their steadfast belief in my abilities has been my driving force. Without their support, I wouldn’t have achieved what I have today. Their belief in me has fueled my own self-belief, marking just the beginning of our journey together.

Lastly, if there was a quote to define you, what would it be?

“If there’s one mantra that defines me, it’s ‘Never give up, think outside the box, and pay attention to the details.‘ Because in those details lie the miracles and magic of success.” This quote encapsulates my approach to life and business—a relentless pursuit of excellence, fueled by innovation and attention to detail.

Nepo kids - Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday... are all over in Bollywood, and it is a matter of concern or so I thought! Let me, Sumita Chakraborty, Editor-in-chief, TheGlitz, start with a disclaimer: I have nothing against fluff or star kids. In fact, I thoroughly enjoyed Emily in Paris. It was lively, fun, and the fashion was on point. Sometimes, all you need is a bit of light-hearted escapism, and I’m all for it. So when I sat down to watch Ananya Panday's Call Me Bae, I wasn’t expecting Citizen Kane. But what I wasn’t expecting was just how puerile and soulless it would turn out to be.
