Akihi, a luxury skincare brand, sent TheGlitz a hamper of skincare products ranging from their newly launched fab Genie In a Box serum, Sunflower Seed Oil and Vitamin E infused Cleansing balm, Mulberry Extracts & Niacinamide based night cream, lavender vanilla candle, Aloe vera and Jojoba oil enriched Gel Face Wash and Akihi Jade Roller with a Gua Sha. The products looked so inviting that we just couldn’t help ourselves, we rushed to try them out.

The Genie In a Box serum Infused with ceramides was extremely light and non-oily. It is packed with Hyaluronic acid which plumps up the skin and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. We did see a difference in a few days. The Mulberry Extracts & Niacinamide night cream, we feel, should be Akihi’s wonder product. It really makes you look more radiant than before. The Sunflower Seed Oil & Vitamin E Infused Cleansing Balm (50m) is also nongreasy and removes makeup and other impurities. The face wash was nice too. Unfortunately for us, the Akihi Jade roller was a bit damaged perhaps during the courier or transit. But the lavender candle was absolutely amazing! All in all, we loved the luxe skincare products.

Our verdict: Akihi skincare products give a luxurious feel, are truly effective.
