Nksha, the new culinary destination in South Mumbai, will open its doors to the public on Sunday, 23rd April 2023. The fine dine restaurant is a brainchild of food connoisseurs Pranav M. Rungta and Chef Vikram Arora, two culinary masterminds who have come together as entrepreneurs under the company banner Churchgate Hospitality Private Limited (CHPL).

Forged with the vision of mapping the diverse Indian tastes worldwide, The North Indian culinary indulgence promises to deliver an unparalleled experience with a masterful menu that unites the flavours of the Indian subcontinent under a single roof. Offering a niche dining experience, the exquisite menu features signature dishes such as Truffle Essence, Cheese Kulcha, Roasted Sweet Potato Tikki Chaat, Kacchi Mirchi ka Paneer, Nksha Lobster Curry and more.

“We are thrilled to bring the traditional taste of North Indian cuisine paired with a world class beverage and wine programme in the heart of South Bombay,” said Pranav Rungta, the Co-founder and Director of the restaurant. “Our vision is to establish a new approach to how Indian food is experienced. The team at Nksha aims at providing the guests with an experience that will be remembered in a class by itself for the years to come.”

Expressing his excitement for the launch, Chef Vikram Arora, Co-founder at Nksha stated, “We’re elated to have our longstanding passion project finally come to life. We have assembled a team of talented chefs and hospitality professionals who are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of food and service.”

To complement the menu, the restaurant also offers a fine selection of wines and cocktails, featuring classic and innovative drinks that pair perfectly with the bold flavours of the food menu, curated by mixologist Varun Sudakar.
