Fenty Beauty – TheGlitz Verdict: A bold, beautiful collision of global beauty and Indian cultural grandeur

At Phoenix Palladium, TheGlitz steps into a beauty experience unlike any other—where heritage meets high-glam and inclusivity takes centre stage. Fenty Beauty Ki Haveli, launched by Rihanna, isn’t just a pop-up; it’s a sensorial journey crafted exclusively for India, celebrating individuality, diversity, and self-expression through a distinctly Indian lens.

Fenty Beauty & Mumbai

Mumbai witnessed a standout beauty moment as Rihanna arrived in the city for the grand launch, marking a significant milestone for the brand’s India story. Adding to the evening’s glamour, Isha Ambani, Executive Director, Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, was also in attendance at the after-party celebrating the debut of this immersive experience.

Now open from April 25 to May 4, 2026, the pop-up is brought to life in collaboration with Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, Tira, and Sephora. Drawing inspiration from traditional haveli architecture and Indian craftsmanship, the space invites guests to move through a series of thoughtfully curated environments designed for discovery, experimentation, and self-expression.

The experience unfolds as a journey… fluid, immersive, and deeply interactive. From personalised shade-matching moments to hands-on creativity and striking installations, each space has been designed to encourage exploration while staying true to Fenty’s ethos of Beauty for All. It’s not just about products; it’s about participation, play, and personal expression.

The journey begins at The Powder Room, a softly lit, intimate space that spotlights Fenty Beauty’s iconic 50 foundation shades. With arched displays reminiscent of haveli interiors, it feels personal yet elevated. Beauty advisors guide guests to find their perfect match, complemented by a thoughtful touch of Indian hospitality.

From there, guests step into The Drawing Room, where creativity takes centre stage. Showcasing the brand’s latest launches alongside cult favourites, the space doubles as a hands-on crafting zone—blending beauty with artistic expression in a way that feels both engaging and memorable.

Next is The Gathering Room, a vibrant, courtyard-inspired lounge designed for interaction and play. With bold product installations and sensorial experiences, it invites guests to explore textures, shades, and finishes in a relaxed, social setting.

The experience culminates in The Jewellery Room, an opulent, light-filled space celebrating glow, shimmer, and radiance. Here, beauty becomes almost ornamental—an extension of personal style, layered and luminous.

What makes Fenty Beauty Ki Haveli truly compelling is its ability to bridge worlds seamlessly. It doesn’t simply bring a global beauty brand to India—it embraces India’s cultural richness and reinterprets it through a contemporary, inclusive lens.

TheGlitz Take

At TheGlitz, we see this as more than a pop-up, a cultural moment. One that signals how beauty in India is evolving… towards experiences that are immersive, expressive, and deeply personal. And with Rihanna at the helm, it’s clear that this is just the beginning.
