Finished with crushed pistachios and rose petals, every sip is a celebration.
Ingredients:
Vodka, 60 ml
Home-made Thandai syrup, 30 ml
Cold milk, 90 ml
Rose water, 5 ml
Crushed ice
Crushed pistachios, for garnish

Method:
In a shaker, add vodka, thandai syrup, cold milk, and rose water. Fill with crushed ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with crushed pistachios and rose petals.

Gulabi G&T – Light, floral, and refreshingly bold—Gulabi G&T is a fragrant twist on the classic, where the subtle sweetness of roses meets the crisp botanicals of gin and the invigorating fizz of tonic. Finished with pink peppercorns and a citrusy zing, it’s a drink as vibrant as the festival of colors.
Ingredients:
Gin, 60 ml
Tonic water, 120 ml
Rose syrup, 15 ml
Fresh lime juice, 10 ml
Ice cubes
Pink peppercorns, for garnish
Dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish
Method:
In a glass filled with ice, add gin, rose syrup, and fresh lime juice. Stir gently to mix. Top with tonic water and give it a light stir.
