Chivas XV – Cocktail

This cocktail is modern and a refreshing whisky sour which is made with Chivas XV a 15 year old whisky that’s finished in Grande Champagne Cognac casks
Ingredients
45 ml of Chivas XV
20ml sugar syrup
25ml lemon juice
1 egg white
Ice
Method
Add all the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to combine
Now add ice to the shaker and shake again, then remove ice for a final shake
Strain into a chilled glass and serve.

Jameson Caskmates

Jameson Caskmates was born from the collaboration between Jameson and Cork’s Franciscan Well Brewery. Our Jameson triple distilled whiskey is aged in craft stout-seasoned oak barrels and while our signature smoothness is very much intact, notes of cocoa, coffee and butterscotch confirm the stout influence. Caskmates is a head-turning, modern Irish whiskey.

An initial aroma of freshly cut hay is complemented by a crisp orchard fruit character – green apples and pears, with a twist of lime zest. Mild pot still spices appear, deepening from green tea to hazelnut and milk chocolate

JAMESON CASKMATES STOUT – 45ML
COFFEE LIQUEUR – 15ML
ESPRESSO – 30ML
SUGAR SYRUP – 5ML
SALINE SOLUTION – 3 DROPS
Method

Add all ingredients in desired quantities in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Double strain in a chilled Coupe glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans and serve
