Loom Crafts Inception

Loom Crafts has been a pioneer in all-weather outdoor furniture. What inspired you to enter this niche market, and how has the brand evolved since its inception in 2005?

Janus et Cie 281 Hot Springs Rd Wolf Property

Loom Crafts was born from the vision to elevate outdoor living spaces in India to meet the luxury and functionality standards seen globally. The gap in the market for high-quality, weather-resistant furniture that could endure India’s varied climate inspired me to enter this niche. Since 2005, we have evolved by continuously innovating in materials and designs, always aligning with global trends while adapting to local preferences. Today, Loom Crafts is not only a leader in outdoor luxury furniture but also a trusted brand among top hospitality chains and residential spaces across India.

With the rise of luxury outdoor spaces, how do you ensure that Loom Crafts remains ahead of the design curve, combining aesthetics with functionality in your furniture collections?

We stay ahead of the curve by combining timeless aesthetics with durable functionality. Our in-house design team monitors international design trends and integrates them with materials that withstand Indian weather. For example, we use synthetic wicker, powder-coated aluminum, and high-performance outdoor fabrics like Sunbrella to ensure both beauty and longevity. Each piece is crafted to evoke a sense of relaxation and elegance, with modular and customizable options that offer flexibility for varied outdoor settings.

Sustainability is a major focus in today’s luxury market. How does Loom Crafts integrate eco-friendly materials and processes into its manufacturing to meet the demand for sustainable luxury?

vara sistiana 008

Sustainability is a core pillar of Loom Crafts. Our furniture is crafted from recycled and recyclable materials, including aluminum frames and synthetic wicker, reducing environmental impact. We focus on producing durable, low-maintenance products that prevent the need for frequent replacements, further reducing waste. Additionally, our manufacturing processes are designed to minimize resource use, and we prioritize working with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainable practices.

What sets Loom Crafts apart from other outdoor furniture brands in terms of design, quality, and customer experience?

Loom Crafts stands out due to our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring a unique touch that reflects our brand’s dedication to excellence. Our furniture is designed to withstand all weather conditions, backed by warranties and a responsive after-sales service across India. Moreover, our range is highly customizable, allowing clients to personalize designs, which enhances the customer experience and makes each setup truly unique.

Looking ahead, what are your expansion plans for Loom Crafts? Are there any exciting collaborations or innovations on the horizon?

Our expansion plans include increasing our presence in new Indian cities, especially through our Exclusive Brand Partner model, and extending our online reach through our newly launched brand, ‘Simpli by Loom Crafts.’ This brand is designed to cater to a broader audience while upholding our quality standards. We are also exploring innovative materials and technology-driven solutions, such as smart furniture, to keep pace with evolving customer needs. Our focus remains on offering luxury with sustainability and functionality as we continue to grow.
