TheGlitz was invited for the SMOOR‘s Raksha Bandhan Special ‘Brunch With Bro”. However, there was a bit of miscommunication regarding the Raksha Bandhan curated menu that wasn’t available, but that did little to detract from our overall experience. TheGlitz reviews…

SMOOR Lounge – Hidden Gem

We always knew SMOOR for their luxurious chocolates, so discovering that they also have a café was a delightful surprise. The SMOOR Powai Lounge is a hidden gem that offers much more than just a sweet treat. The food was nothing short of delightful, with every dish presenting a burst of delicious flavors. I started with the chicken jerk, which was perfectly spiced, and followed it with a main course of pan-fried chicken with sides of mashed potatoes and sizzling veggies- that was simply scrumptious.

The ambiance was relaxed and chilled out, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Service was good, adding to the overall pleasant experience. For dessert, we tried the Lotus Biscoff, which was enjoyable but not as exceptional as we had hoped.

In summary, Though we missed out on the Raksha Bandhan curated special, the SMOOR Powai Lounge was a fantastic find that exceeded expectations with its delightful food and inviting atmosphere. It’s definitely worth a visit, whether you’re a fan of their chocolates or just in search of a great café experience.
