Sonam Garg Sharma, Founder & CEO, Medical Linkers

Visionary, compassionate, and deeply purpose-driven, Sonam Garg Sharma is redefining what modern leadership looks like — blending professional excellence with emotional intelligence and motherhood with meaningful impact. As the Founder & CEO of Medical Linkers, Sonam has built a platform that goes far beyond healthcare coordination. Through empathy, accessibility, and trust, she has created a support system for patients and families navigating some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives across borders.

A passionate Healthcare Consultant and TEDx Speaker, she is championing patient-centric care through compassion, innovation, and global accessibility. But behind the accomplished entrepreneur lies the role that transformed her most profoundly — motherhood. For Sonam, becoming a mother changed the very definition of strength. It taught her that true power is not found in authority or perfection, but in patience, emotional presence, compassion, and unconditional love. Her daughter became her greatest mirror — reflecting back the values of kindness, integrity, resilience, and empathy that Sonam strives to embody every day.

In an urbane conglomerate constantly celebrating hustle and achievement, Sonam consciously chooses connection over chaos. Whether through bedtime conversations, shared meals, travel, or simply listening with intention, she believes children remember how loved and emotionally safe they felt far more than professional accomplishments or material gestures. This philosophy beautifully extends into her leadership style as well — shaping Medical Linkers into an organization rooted not only in efficiency and excellence, but also in humanity and care.

Through her journey as both a healthcare entrepreneur and a mother, Sonam has discovered that emotional intelligence is one of the greatest forms of leadership. Her ability to nurture others while continuing to grow personally and professionally reflects the spirit of a truly modern woman — strong yet gentle, ambitious yet deeply grounded.

As a proud face of TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026, Sonam Garg Sharma represents the new-age supermom who proves that success is not about doing everything perfectly — it is about leading with compassion, creating impact with authenticity, and inspiring the next generation through courage, kindness, and grace.

Over To Sonam Garg Sharma, Founder & CEO, Medical Linkers

You wear many hats: mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?

Motherhood has surprised me the most because it constantly teaches me humility, patience, and emotional strength in ways no professional achievement ever has. As the founder of Medical Linkers, I am used to solving problems, making decisions, and leading teams with confidence.

But being a mother reminds me daily that love, presence, and understanding matter far more than control or perfection. A daughter has a beautiful way of reflecting your own values back to you. The role has also made me more compassionate as a leader because I now understand people beyond their professional identities. Motherhood didn’t just add another role to my life; it transformed how I approach every other role I play.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?

I strongly believe that a daughter remembers presence more than presents. No matter how demanding work becomes, I consciously create small rituals of connection with my daughter, whether it is sharing meals without distractions, bedtime conversations, travelling together, or simply listening to her stories at the end of the day. I have learned that meaningful moments do not always require grand plans; they require attention and intention.

As an entrepreneur in healthcare, my schedule can be unpredictable, but I try to ensure my daughter never feels she is competing with my work. The world may celebrate hustle, but I think true success lies in building emotional security, trust, and joyful memories within the family.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?

Sonam

Motherhood showed me how much more powerful compassion and emotional intelligence are compared to authority. In the corporate world, we are conditioned to think about performance, results and strategies, but a daughter teaches you the importance of empathy, patience, and leading with heart. She does not care about titles and accomplishments; what matters to her is how safe, heard and appreciated she feels with you.

This valuable insight has deeply influenced how I lead Medical Linkers as well. I became much more compassionate, sensitive, and people-oriented when making decisions because of the experience of being a mom. It has also taught me the ability to keep showing up with strength and grace even on the most exhausting days, this is the lesson which no classroom can truly reach you.

If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say and what would you hope they say?

I think my daughter will describe me as loving, hardworking, and protective. In truth, all three qualities apply. My children have seen me balance motherhood while building and leading Medical Linkers has allowed her to understand the importance of responsibility and compassion together. But beyond achievements, I hope she remembers me as inspiring, present, and kind.

I want my daughter to know that success is meaningful only when it is built with integrity and empathy. More than anything, I hope she grows up feeling emotionally secure, deeply loved, and encouraged to dream fearlessly. If I can leave behind those values through the way I live my life, that would be my greatest accomplishment as both a mother and a leader.

Could you tell us a bit about your work and the philosophy behind it?

I am the Founder & CEO of Medical Linkers, a global healthcare facilitation platform that ensures patients have access to the right medical care irrespective of their location across borders. Our work goes far beyond medical coordination; we support patients and families through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. The philosophy behind Medical Linkers is about empathy, trust, and accessibility.

Ever since I came up with the idea I have always believed that quality healthcare should not feel overwhelming or out of reach for anyone. We aim to simplify complex medical journeys while ensuring patients feel supported both emotionally and medically, with compassion at the heart of everything we do, because healthcare is not just about treatment but about restoring hope, dignity, and confidence for families worldwide.

What does being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world: perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?

To me being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” represents strength with authenticity. Today’s mothers are balancing careers, family responsibilities, ambitions, and emotions all at once. I do not consider motherhood synonymous with perfection because in my mind, it is about being present, resilient, and emotionally strong through even phases of life. Being a mother and an entrepreneur myself, I understand that perfectionism will only undermine your success. I believe that the true measure of success comes from the passion and determination with which one approaches different challenges. Therefore, a “SuperMom” is a woman who nurtures others while developing herself, inspiring everyone around her, and fulfilling her dreams.
