Nikita Bachani, Founder & CEO of Alkymi Media

Elegant, intuitive, and fiercely driven, Nikita Bachani is a storyteller at heart — a woman who understands that behind every successful brand lies a powerful story waiting to be told. As the founder of Alkymi Media, Nikita has built a reputation for transforming ideas into meaningful identities, helping brands carve lasting emotional connections through authenticity, strategy, and vision.

With a Master’s degree in Luxury Brand Management from London and years of experience across high fashion, luxury, corporate communications, and branding, Nikita brings both global sophistication and sharp creative instinct to the world of public relations. But what truly sets her apart is her deeply personal approach to storytelling — treating every brand with the same care, passion, and commitment as if it were her own. Much like the meaning behind “Alchemy,” she believes in transforming potential into something extraordinary, timeless, and unforgettable.

Yet beyond the accomplished entrepreneur and communications strategist lies the role that transformed her most profoundly: motherhood. For Nikita, becoming a mother did not diminish ambition — it deepened perspective. It taught her the power of slowing down, listening more, releasing control, and being fully present in the moments that truly matter. Motherhood grounded her in ways success never could, bringing a quieter kind of strength built on patience, emotional awareness, and consistency.

Everybody today is obsessed with hustle… But Nikita has learned that balance is not about doing everything perfectly — it is about knowing where your energy truly belongs. Whether she is building brands, leading teams, travelling the world, or simply being “there” for her daughter, she approaches life with honesty, clarity, and emotional depth. Calm, consistent, and deeply reliable — these are the qualities she hopes her daughter will always remember about her.

As a celebrated face of TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026, Nikita Bachani represents the modern woman who refuses to choose between ambition and motherhood. She is proof that true success lies not in perfection, but in building a life that feels authentic, purposeful, and deeply aligned with who you truly are.

Over To Nikita Bachani, Founder & CEO, Alkymi Media

Nikita Bachani

You wear many hats, mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?

Motherhood, easily.

Not because it was overwhelming, but because of how much it changed the way I think. At work, I’m used to being in control, making decisions, moving things forward. With a child, you don’t really operate like that. You have to slow down, listen more, and be okay with not having all the answers.

What I didn’t expect is how much it would ground me. It hasn’t taken away from who I am, it’s just made me more aware, more patient, and a lot clearer about what actually matters.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?

I have stopped thinking of it as “creating” time. It puts a lot of pressure on something that should feel natural. Now I focus more on being present in the time I already have. Even if it’s short, it matters more when you’re actually there, not distracted or thinking about the next thing.

I’m also more mindful about what I say yes to. Not everything needs my time or energy. That space I save goes back into my personal life, and that’s made a big difference.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?

That you can’t control everything, and that’s okay. In work, you plan, you build, you expect outcomes. With a child, you realise they’re their own person. You guide them, but you don’t control who they become.

It’s made me more patient and also more accepting, not just as a parent but in how I deal with people in general.

If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?

I think she would say I am calm, busy, and there. And I would hope she feels that I am someone she can rely on. Not perfect, not always available, but consistent.

I also hope they see that I continued to build my own life alongside being their mother. I think that matters more than we realise.

Could you tell us a bit about your work and the philosophy behind it?

I run Alkymi Media, and from the beginning, I have believed that good work comes from consistency more than just big ideas. We focus a lot on structure, clarity, and ownership within the team. Creativity is important, but it only works when there’s a strong system behind it.

For us, it’s not just about visibility. It’s about building brands in a way that lasts, something people trust over time. That’s always been the bigger goal.

What does being a “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world — perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?

For me, it’s not about perfection at all. It’s more about being honest with yourself and building a life that feels right to you. Some days feel balanced, some don’t, and that’s just part of it.

If anything, it’s about knowing what matters, being present where you are, and not feeling like you have to choose between different parts of your life.
