Tell us about your magical journey.

For the past decade, we’ve poured our hard work, relentless dedication, and unwavering commitment into perfecting our craft. The results and the success of our clients stand as a testament to that effort. At Outfit, we are driven by an insatiable desire to push boundaries and elevate the standards of the fitness industry.

Our passion for fitness fuels us every day, inspiring us to achieve greatness. The pursuit of knowledge and recognition is a journey without end, and we are committed to it for as long as we draw breath. This journey is far from over. We are fulfilled by doing what we love, and that fulfillment is what drives our magic. We’re here to stay, and we’re just getting started.

What challenges did you face along the way?

The biggest challenge we faced was navigating the pandemic, which affected many of us. Initially, the biggest hurdle was building a scope for strength and conditioning (S&C) in India. Establishing a strong presence in a new and evolving fitness landscape presented its own set of obstacles, but overcoming them has been a significant part of our growth story.

What is the Phantom Workout?

The Phantom Workout is all about conditioning the mind. We firmly believe that a strong mind can conquer any challenge, including fitness goals. Our workouts are designed to push mental boundaries through a continuous circuit of exercises that keep you moving non-stop. It’s as much about mental resilience as it is about physical strength.

How can we strengthen and condition India’s fitness regime?

Strength and Conditioning (S&C) is pivotal in transforming India’s fitness landscape. Here’s how:

Increased Muscle Strength: Regular strength training helps build and maintain muscle mass, which is crucial for overall physical health, especially as we age.

Better Bone Density: Weight-bearing exercises improve bone density, reducing the risk of osteoporosis—a growing concern in India, particularly among women.

Enhanced Metabolism: Strength and conditioning exercises boost metabolism, helping to manage weight and prevent obesity, a rising issue in urban areas.

Injury Prevention: A well-rounded conditioning program improves flexibility, balance, and coordination, reducing the risk of injuries, especially among athletes and active individuals.

Indian sportsmen—both men and women—are in the spotlight these days. What tips would you give them?

Stay consistent and stay focused. As leaders, they have a responsibility to inspire the youth. As they say, “With great power comes great responsibility.” Their dedication not only shapes their careers but also influences countless aspiring athletes.

Can you list three milestones you’ve achieved?

Certainly! Some of our notable milestones include:

  • Celebrating 10 years of running our brand, a significant achievement in itself.
  • Establishing a partnership with the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
  • Being a part of the first-ever Women’s Premier League (WPL) cup for Bengaluru.

What would you call your success story?

Our success story is best described as “Two boys who started a gym to work out, which evolved into a vibrant community and a respected brand.” It’s a tale of passion, perseverance, and the magic of turning a simple idea into a thriving enterprise.
