TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026 Fatema Agarkar

Some women build careers. Some shape institutions. …And then there are women like Fatema Agarkar, who shape futures. But what moved TheGlitz most was not just her impressive body of work — it was the mom behind it.

Fatema spoke of motherhood as the role that revealed hidden strengths she never knew she possessed, especially patience in abundance. That honesty struck a chord. Because the most powerful women are often the ones still discovering themselves through love, family, and responsibility. She reminded us that while the world applauds hustle, the real victories happen in quieter moments — shared meals, road trips, conversations at dinner tables, reading together, travelling together, simply showing up again and again.

Her answer on what motherhood taught her beyond any boardroom or MBA was simple yet profound: emotional regulation. And that says everything. In a noisy, reactive world, the ability to lead with calm, wisdom, and grace is a superpower.

At TheGlitz, we chose Fatema Agarkar as part of TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026 because she represents a rare blend of intellect and instinct, leadership and love, ambition and empathy. She is a woman building confident children, mentoring educators, guiding parents, and still remaining what she hopes her son sees her as — his go-to person.

That, to us, is true success.

…And that is exactly why Fatema Agarkar is TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026.

Over To Fatema Agarkar, Educationist and Founder of ACE (Agarkar Center of Excellence)

Fatema Agarkar

You wear many hats — mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?

Being a mother has definitely showed me aspects of my personality that I didnt think I had as areas of strength especially patience. That’s one thing that surprised me is having abundance of it when it came to my child.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your child?

I have been told that my birth sign sums me up in every way. Family first, and since Ajit and I have only one child, prioritising him and spending time with him was important, and because it means so much you make it happen whether it was during a school week or weekends and especially during holidays! Reading, playing and traveling were ‘our things’ and as he grew up more travel, shared meals, more conversations around dinner tables and drives together.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?

Emotional regulation…..

If your son had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?

My son would say – Hyper, emotional and organised but I really hope he would say, ‘My Go-to Person’.

Could you tell us a bit your work and the philosophy behind it?

For over 25 years, I have been dedicated to nurturing students, training teachers, and guiding parents toward more progressive thinking, all backed by research and futuristic ideas, while constantly creating personalised solutions for every child through innovation and creativity, with one clear vision: to enable every child to succeed and become more self-assured, confident, and future-ready.

What does being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world? – Perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?

What it means to me especially with the world dynamics today is compassion and empathy that empowers!
