Natasha Gupta, Founder & CEO, Story Brews Communications

Natasha Gupta is super dynamic and the kind of modern woman who proves that ambition and affection can beautifully coexist. As the Founder & CEO of Story Brews Communications, Natasha built her company from a one-woman army into a thriving brand storytelling powerhouse working with 20+ brands and a growing team of professionals. But beyond the boardroom wins and entrepreneurial grit lies the role she says surprised her the most — motherhood.

Raising her eight-year-old daughter has taught Natasha lessons no corporate playbook ever could: patience, empathy, calm under chaos, and the art of finding joy in life’s smallest moments. Whether it is weekend Lego marathons, bedtime conversations, family travel, or simply laughing through everyday madness, she understands that true connection is built in consistency, not spectacle.

What struck TheGlitz most was Natasha’s honesty. She does not romanticise balance or pretend perfection exists. Instead, she speaks of resilience, reinvention, and showing up every single day with heart and humour. She is building a business, raising a child, creating memories, and leading by example — all while staying grounded and unapologetically herself.

That powerful blend of strength, softness, and substance is exactly why TheGlitz proudly celebrates Natasha Gupta as part of TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026.

…Because today’s supermoms do not need capes. They need courage, coffee, calendars… and a little chaos management. Natasha has mastered all four.

You wear many hats — mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most and why?

Among all the roles I play, being a mother has surprised me the most—especially raising an 8-year-old. Every day brings a mix of endless questions, unexpected tantrums, and those “urgent” demands that seem so important to them. Yet, what balances it all is the sudden, unfiltered sweetness that can melt any stress away. It’s unpredictable, emotional, and incredibly humbling. This role constantly challenges me to be more patient, present, and understanding. In many ways, it’s been my biggest learning curve and my most rewarding journey.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?

I try to make time for the little things that bring us together — sharing a meal, having bedtime conversations on alternate nights so both of us get individual time with her, travelling together as a family, or simply laughing over everyday moments. Amid busy schedules, we consciously keep one weekend aside to build Legos, watch a movie together, or just slow down and enjoy each other’s company. I’ve realised that meaningful connections are built not through grand gestures, but through consistent, small moments of presence.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?

Motherhood has taught me to be patient—especially when it comes to understanding, adapting, and responding with empathy. It’s a lesson no business school or boardroom can replicate, because it comes from navigating real and everyday unpredictability. It has helped me stay calmer, more present, and more thoughtful in both life and work.

If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?

So I asked my daughter Mira who is 8 year old and she says – “I am Cute, Kind and funny”. I will happily take these titles.

Could you tell us a bit about your work and the philosophy behind it?

I started Story Brews in 2021 as a one-woman army with nothing but ambition, conviction, and a strong belief in relationship-driven storytelling. I began by reaching out to my personal network, pitching relentlessly, and building trust one client at a time. In 2022, I took a leap of faith and moved from Gurgaon to Bengaluru to immerse myself in a new market and expand the vision further.

What started with one client gradually grew to six, and today Story Brews works with 20+ brands alongside a growing team of over 20 professionals. The philosophy behind our work has remained unchanged — to build authentic narratives, create meaningful visibility, and partner with brands in a way that contributes to their long-term growth and reputation.

What does being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world — perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?

To me, being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” is all about resilience and constant reinvention. It’s about showing up every day, balancing responsibilities, and still finding strength in the chaos. In today’s world, it means embracing imperfections while continuing to grow and evolve. It’s also about setting an example for my child and becoming a role model—that strength comes with empathy and adaptability. More than anything, it’s about being real, grounded, and unapologetically yourself.
