Sangeeta Sharma, Emotional Wellness & Life Coach (ICF) and Certified Hypnotherapist

Graceful yet unstoppable, compassionate yet fiercely resilient, Sangeeta Sharma is the embodiment of a woman who has transformed love, purpose, and healing into her life’s greatest mission. An internationally recognized Emotional Wellness & Life Coach (ICF) and Certified Hypnotherapist, Sangeeta has spent over 27 years helping people across 21 countries heal from anxiety, trauma, emotional wounds, and self-limiting beliefs — all while nurturing the most important role of her life: being a mother to two daughters who became her greatest strength and inspiration.

Her journey is deeply personal, powerful, and profoundly moving. At a time when society expected a son, Sangeeta courageously embraced motherhood with unwavering faith, praying to Maa Durga for daughters — daughters who would eventually become her truest companions, strongest supporters, and the very reason she found the courage to reinvent herself. Through every challenge, every transition, and every bold career decision, her daughters stood beside her, silently reminding her to believe in herself when the world questioned her path.

From transitioning out of the corporate IT world to becoming a globally respected life coach and healer, Sangeeta’s story is one of fearless transformation. Her work today goes far beyond coaching — it is about creating safe emotional spaces where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal. Through modalities like NLP, EFT, Inner Child Healing, Past Life Regression, and subconscious reprogramming, she has touched thousands of lives with empathy, wisdom, and unconditional presence.

But perhaps what makes Sangeeta truly extraordinary is her belief that motherhood is not simply about raising children — it is about evolving alongside them. Whether through bedtime storytelling circles, heartfelt conversations across continents, or simply listening without judgement, she has built a charming bond with her daughters rooted in trust, love, and emotional connection.

As a celebrated face of TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026, Sangeeta Sharma represents the modern supermom in her truest essence — resilient, nurturing, spiritually grounded, and deeply inspiring. She reminds us that the strongest women are often the ones who heal others while continuing to rise, love, and reinvent themselves through every chapter of life.

Over To Sangeeta Sharma, Life Coach

Sangeeta Sharma

You wear many hats — mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?

When I first conceived, I prayed to MAA Durga to bless me with a daughter as her image, whereas everyone was expecting a baby boy. And after three years, when my second daughter was born, I could sense the disappointment of my in-laws, but at the same time, while holding my little angel in my hands for the first time, I had a feeling of relief, as if I had been united with someone special after so many lives.

Being a mother of two daughters, along with other responsibilities at home and at work, was challenging, but I could never have imagined that the divine had blessed me with my truest friends in my daughters. My daughters have shown me what unconditional and pure love feels. Their innocent presence in times of chaos in my life has always been my strength.

Today when I look back, I realize that while I was raising them, they were also raising me, reminding me to keep going and believe in myself. They are an inspiration behind my career transition journey from IT professional to becoming a successful life-coach, because when everyone was questioning my decision, they were standing strongly behind my decision.

So, of all the hats I wear, of leader, or of achiever or mother, the one that surprised me most is mother. …Because in becoming theirs, I reinvented myself.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?

Although I have always been a career‑oriented woman, I cannot ignore the sacred gift of bringing two souls into this world. I am grateful that God trusted me to nurture them, and they have always been my first priority.

Going into flashback, during their growing years, I left my corporate job and joined their school as a computer teacher, just to be around them. I still remember our bedtime storytelling circle, when they would share their little adventures and listen to mine. That exchange of stories became our bond, and it continues even today. Though they are now settled in different countries, we still share our daily lives over video calls, visiting each other and creating meaningful moments.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?

One life lesson motherhood has taught me is ‘The art of listening with unconditional presence’ and this is why I think I am able to hold space for my clients without judgement or distraction.

Motherhood showed me far beyond what business schools or boardrooms teach that ‘The best act of kindness one soul can give to other is listening without judgement.”

If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?

I went ahead and asked them to describe me in three words… and they said I am resilient, focused, and compassionate.

I was happy to discover their answer and the greatest gift is not in what I hope they say, but in discovering how they truly see me.

What does being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world — perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?

To be honored as “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” touches me profoundly and fills my heart with gratitude. This acknowledgment celebrates not just me, but the unstoppable spirit and unconditional love of motherhood itself.
