Deepti Sharma, Fitness Expert, Director, MultiFit

Powerful yet deeply compassionate, Deepti Sharma is a woman who embodies strength far beyond the physical. As a respected fitness expert and Director at Multfit, Deepti has inspired countless individuals to prioritize health, discipline, and wellbeing. But behind the achiever, leader, and wellness advocate lies the role that transformed her most profoundly — motherhood.

For Deepti, becoming a mother redefined the meaning of resilience, empathy, and leadership in ways no boardroom or professional milestone ever could. Motherhood taught her that success is not measured only by accomplishments or titles, but by presence, emotional connection, and the ability to nurture others with unconditional love and understanding. Her children, she says, became her greatest teachers — reminding her every day that compassion and emotional intelligence are just as important as ambition and achievement.

In a world constantly driven by hustle and performance, Deepti consciously creates moments of pause and connection with her family, believing that children remember how deeply loved and supported they felt far more than how busy life was. Whether through meaningful conversations, shared meals, or simply being emotionally available, she has built her life around the philosophy that true leadership begins at home — through empathy, trust, and authenticity.

Her approach to life and wellness beautifully mirrors the values she stands for professionally: balance, discipline, emotional strength, and holistic wellbeing. Strong, disciplined, and caring — these are the qualities her children see in her, but above all, Deepti hopes they remember her as someone who gave them confidence, comfort, and the freedom to become their truest selves.

As a proud face of TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026, Deepti Sharma represents the modern woman who leads with both power and heart. She is proof that resilience is not about being flawless — it is about evolving gracefully through every challenge, embracing reinvention, and continuing to inspire others simply by showing up authentically every single day.

Deepti

You wear many hats – mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?

Motherhood, without a doubt, has been the most surprising and transformative role for me. As a leader, you often believe you under patience, empathy, and resilience, but motherhood deepens those qualities in ways no professional experience can. It constantly humbles you. My children have unknowingly become my greatest teachers, reminding me every day that success is not just about milestones and achievements, but also about presence, compassion, and unconditional love.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?

I’ve learned that meaningful connection doesn’t always come from grand gestures, it often comes from the smallest, intentional moments. Despite busy schedules, I make it a point to be fully present during our time together, whether it’s a meal, a late-night conversation, or simply sharing stories from our day. I strongly believe children remember how you made them feel, not how busy you were. Creating those pauses requires conscious effort, but the become the emotional anchors that strengthen the bond between parent and child.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?

Motherhood has taught me the true meaning of selfless leadership. In business, leadership is often measured by performance and outcomes, but motherhood teaches you to lead with empathy, intuition, and unconditional support. It has shown me that vulnerability is not weakness, it is strength. Being a mother teaches you to celebrate progress over perfection and to value emotion intelligence just as much as ambition.

If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?

I think they would describe me as strong, disciplined, and caring. But more than anything, I would hope they see me as someone who always made them feel heard, loved, and supported. At the end of the day, beyond professional achievements or titles, I want my children to remember me as someone who gave them confidence, comfort, and the freedom to become who they truly are.

What does being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world – perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?

To me, being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” is not about perfection at all, it about authenticity and resilience. Today’s women are constantly balancing multiple roles, expectations, and responsibilities, often while silently carrying emotional weight. I believe true strength lies in showing up every day with courage, adaptability, and grace, even when life is imperfect. It’s about embracing reinvention, prioritising well-being, and inspiring the next generation by being unapologetically yourself.
