Shivali Garg, Co-Founder and chairperson of Healthy Master

Purpose-driven, resilient, and deeply nurturing, Shivali Garg is redefining what modern leadership looks like — balancing entrepreneurship, wellness advocacy, and motherhood with remarkable grace and authenticity. As the visionary force behind Healthy Master, Shivali has built a brand rooted in one powerful belief: healthy eating should never feel like a compromise.

With a commitment to creating clean, honest, and delicious snacks for Indian families, she has transformed everyday nutrition into something accessible, joyful, and trustworthy. But behind the successful entrepreneur lies a woman whose most transformative journey has been motherhood — a role that revealed a depth of patience, emotional strength, and unconditional love she never knew existed.

For Shivali, motherhood did not simply add another responsibility to her life; it reshaped her entire identity. While building a company tested her resilience, raising children taught her presence — the kind that cannot be automated, scaled, or systemised. Through morning breakfast conversations, bedtime stories, and weekend cooking rituals, she has discovered that life’s greatest connections are built not through grand gestures, but through consistent moments of love and attention.

What makes Shivali’s journey especially inspiring is her refreshing honesty. She openly embraces the imperfect beauty of balancing ambition with affection, proving that women do not need to choose between building businesses and building families. Her philosophy, both at home and at work, centres around intention, authenticity, and showing up fully even on the hardest days.

As a mother, she hopes her children see her not just as strong and successful, but as present, real, and inspiring. And perhaps that is exactly what defines her as a true TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026 — not perfection, but resilience, reinvention, and the courage to carry both dreams and love in equal measure.

Through Healthy Master, Shivali Garg is nourishing families with healthier choices. Through her journey as a woman and mother, she is inspiring countless others to believe that success becomes truly meaningful when it is built with heart.

Over To Shivali Garg, Co-Founder and chairperson, Healthy Master

You wear many hats — mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?
Honestly, the role of mother has surprised me the most, not because I didn’t expect it to be demanding, but because it revealed a depth of patience and unconditional love I didn’t know I was capable of. Building a brand tests your resilience but raising a child reshapes your entire identity. That sense of wonder never truly fades.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?

I have learned to be very intentional about it. Regardless of how demanding my schedule is, I protect certain rituals: morning conversations over breakfast, bedtime stories, and weekend cooking together.

These are not grand gestures; they are small, consistent moments of connection. And those, I believe, are the ones my children will carry with them long into their lives.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?

The one lesson motherhood has taught me is that you can’t scale love. In business, we are always seeking systems, efficiencies, and shortcuts. Motherhood teaches you that some things only grow through presence, repetition, and genuine attention. There is no strategy for that, and there should not be.

If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?

I believe they would say dedicated, strong, and caring. What I truly hope they say is present, real, and inspiring. That space between the two is what keeps me grounded and continuously striving to be better, both as a leader and as a mother.

Could you tell us a bit about your work and the philosophy behind it?

I founded Healthy Master with one clear conviction: that eating healthy should never feel like a compromise. We create snacks that are clean-labeled, honest, and genuinely delicious. No hidden ingredients, no unnecessary additives, no guilt.

The philosophy is rooted in the belief that good health begins with everyday choices, and our purpose is to make those choices simpler, more accessible, and more joyful for every Indian family.

What does being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world — perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?

For me, it is not about perfection. It is about resilience and reinvention. It is about showing up fully, even on the days you feel stretched beyond measure.

It is about demonstrating to your children, your team, and yourself that ambition and love are not in opposition. You carry both, imperfectly and beautifully, and that is more than enough.
