Devina Kaur, Entreprenuer, Author, Self-worth Advocate
Some women inspire not because they pretend to be perfect, but because they are fearless enough to be real. Devina Kaur is one such force… bold, honest, compassionate, and unapologetically herself.
Entrepreneur, author, and champion of self-worth, Devina Kaur is the founder of The Sexy Brilliant Revolution and author of Too Fat, Too Loud, Too Ambitious, a bold call for empowerment through self-knowledge and radical self-acceptance. Through her work, Devina inspires people to shed toxic shame, embrace body confidence, build self-love, and own their true selves with courage, humour, and zero apology.
That struck a chord with us—and that is exactly why TheGlitz chose Devina Kaur as part of TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026. Devina proves that motherhood is not about looking flawless, filtered, or having life tied up in a perfect little bow. It is about showing up… sometimes glam, sometimes exhausted, always with courage, grace, and a whole lot of heart.
She speaks of motherhood as the role that uncovered a deeper kind of strength, patience, and purpose than any boardroom victory or business milestone ever could. That kind of emotional wisdom is rare, powerful, and unforgettable. And let’s not forget… Devina brings a fabulous sense of humour to it all, because any woman who can lead, love, nurture, and still laugh through the chaos is already winning at life.
What deeply moved us, however, is her belief that meaningful connection is built in simple everyday moments… honest conversations, laughter, school drives, and even attending karate class with her daughter. In a fast-moving world, Devina understands that love often lives in the smallest gestures.
Her work, centred around empowerment, self-worth, and emotional healing, reflects the same values she brings into motherhood. She inspires women to stop seeking outside validation and embrace themselves fully… without shame, apology, or fear.
To Devina, being a TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026 means authenticity. We couldn’t agree more.
She is proof that today’s supermom is not the woman who has it all together—she is the woman who keeps rising, keeps loving, and keeps becoming.
Over To Devina Kaur, Entrepreneur, Author & Self-Worth Advocate

You wear many hats — mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?
Motherhood, I thought I understood strength and resilience through business and life experiences, but becoming a mother showed me a completely different depth of love, patience, and purpose. It constantly challenges me to grow into a better human being every single day.
In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your children?
I’ve learned that connection doesn’t always need grand plans. Sometimes it’s simply being fully present, listening to them, having honest conversations, laughing together, or driving your child to school. Me and my daughter attend the same karate class, this weekly activity builds connection and communication, and these small moments become the most meaningful memories.
What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?

Motherhood taught me that vulnerability is not weakness. The ability to nurture, listen, adapt, and love unconditionally is one of the greatest strengths a person can have — and no professional success can replace that emotional wisdom and the ability to receive love.
If your children had to describe you in three words, what do you think they would say… and what would you hope they say?
I know they would say: too fat, too loud, too ambitious along with passionate, strong, and unconventional.
What I hope they say is that I made them feel deeply loved, safe, and free to be completely themselves.
Could you tell us a bit about your work and the philosophy behind it?
My work is deeply rooted in empowerment, self-love, authenticity, and emotional healing. Through my platforms, conversations, and community-building, I encourage people — especially women to embrace who they truly are without shame or apology. I believe real transformation begins when we stop seeking validation outside ourselves.

What does being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world — perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?
To me, it means authenticity. Today’s supermom isn’t someone who pretends to have it all together, she’s someone who keeps showing up with courage, grace, and honesty despite life’s challenges. It’s about resilience, reinvention, self-awareness, and giving ourselves permission to evolve.
