Belvedere Cocktail Recipes

THE PEACHY ONE

Ingredients:

40ml Belvedere Vodka

10 ml Crème de Peche

20ml Lemon Juice

5ml Sugar Syrup

10ml English Breakfast Tea

Method: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake over cubed ice. Strain into highball glass over cubed ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

60ml Belvedere Vodka

7.5ml Dry Vermouth

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass over cubed ice. Stir for 15/20 seconds to chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Garnished with cinnamon or bitters, Whisky Chai Sour offers a sophisticated take on traditional whisky drinks.

Ingredients:

60 ml Chai-infused Scottish Leader Whisky

30 ml Lemon Juice approx. half a lemon

20 ml Caramel Syrup

20 ml aquafaba or 1 egg white

Glassware: Old Fashioned

Method:

Add all ingredients to the shaker.

Dry shake for 20 seconds

Wet shake for 40 seconds Double strain into an old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:

60ml Black Bottle Whisky

2 tbls of Fig Jam

7ml Lemon juice

10ml honey

Fig

Pinch of Cinnamon

Glass: Old Fashioned

Method:

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake well and strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Garnish:

Sprig of thyme
