Belvedere Cocktail Recipes
THE PEACHY ONE
Ingredients:
40ml Belvedere Vodka
10 ml Crème de Peche
20ml Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
10ml English Breakfast Tea
Method: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake over cubed ice. Strain into highball glass over cubed ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
THE CLASSIC ONE
Ingredients:
60ml Belvedere Vodka
7.5ml Dry Vermouth
Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass over cubed ice. Stir for 15/20 seconds to chill and dilute. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
WHISKY CHAI SOUR
Whisky Chai Sour is a modern and distinctive cocktail made with chai-infused Scottish Leader Whisky, exclusively imported by Aspri Spirits in India. Blending the whisky with lemon juice, caramel syrup, and aquafaba or egg white creates a velvety, rich drink with a unique flavour profile. Ingredients:
60 ml Chai-infused Scottish Leader Whisky
30 ml Lemon Juice approx. half a lemon
20 ml Caramel Syrup
20 ml aquafaba or 1 egg white
Glassware: Old Fashioned
Method:
Add all ingredients to the shaker.
Dry shake for 20 seconds
Wet shake for 40 seconds Double strain into an old-fashioned glass
ANJEER AUR GUJIYA

2 tbls of Fig Jam
7ml Lemon juice
10ml honey

BeeYoung Beer Cocktail

Ingredients:
60 ml Clarified Tomato Juice (Agar washed)
10 ml Celery Distillate
2 drops Ghost Chili Tincture
3 drops Saline
150 ml BeeYoung Beer
