The movie has an ensemble of B’Towns best artists with Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi as leads with Nushrratt Bharuccha and Diana Penty in supporting roles. The drama follows Om Prakash Aggarwal, an RTO Officer, played by Emraan Hashmi, a die-hard fan of Bollywood superstar Vijay Kumar, played by Akshay Kumar, who needs to get a new driver’s license from the officer. Unfortunately, during the process, a misunderstanding occurs, sparking an intense battle of words between the two that escalates into a feud in front of the nation.
