Kamini Singh, Chief Business Officer, Solitario

They are not just mothers. They are leaders, visionaries, achievers, and changemakers. …And Kamini Singh, Chief Business Officer, Solitario, represents that spirit beautifully.

At TheGlitz, we chose Kamini Singh as part of TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026 because she embodies the power of today’s woman… balancing ambition, leadership, and motherhood with grace and strength.

Ask Kamini about being a mom and she calls motherhood the most profound surprise of her life. Not because it changed who she was, but because it revealed how much more she was capable of becoming. She believes being a mother has made her a better leader, and by leading the way for her daughter, she is creating a legacy of strength and possibility.

What truly inspired us was her honesty about balance. She speaks of prioritising what matters most in each moment… being fully present for family when needed, and fully focused at work when duty calls. That clarity is the mark of a woman who leads with wisdom.

Her greatest life lesson is equally powerful: happiness cannot be bought. In a world chasing success, Kamini reminds us that true joy comes from within.

And the sweetest reward? Her daughter describes her in three words: Superwoman, Inspiring, Go-getter.

To Kamini, being a TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026 means reinvention… proving women do not have to choose between career and family. They can excel at both.

Kamini Singh is not just balancing roles. She is redefining them.

Over To Kamini Singh

You wear many hats — mother, leader, achiever. Which role has surprised you the most, and why?
My role as a mother has been the most profound surprise. You truly never realize the depth of your own capability until you are in the thick of motherhood. What surprised me most is how this role doesn’t exist in a vacuum… it actually fuels all my other “hats.” By leading the way for my daughter, I am becoming a better leader at work; her achievements and my professional milestones are now part of the same collective tally of success.

In a world that celebrates hustle, how do you create meaningful moments of pause and connection with your child?
It all comes down to brutal prioritization. I’ve learned that you can’t always give 100% to everything at once. If it is an important day for my daughter, work takes a back seat so I can be fully present. Conversely, if a business priority demands my focus, my family understands. By prioritizing what is truly important in the moment, I ensure that when I am with my child, the connection is intentional and undistracted.

What is one life lesson motherhood has taught you that no business school or boardroom ever could?
Motherhood taught me that true happiness cannot be bought. In the corporate world, we often chase metrics and acquisitions, but a child reminds you that our state of mind is the ultimate architect of our joy. Being happy is a choice and a perspective we carry with us, regardless of the setting.

If your child had to describe you in three words, what do you think she would say… and what would you hope she’d say?

Superwoman, Inspiring, and Go-getter. I don’t have to guess—she actually used these exact words to describe me during her last annual day! Knowing that she sees my drive as a source of inspiration is the greatest validation I could receive.

What does being “TheGlitzMegaSuperMom 2026” mean to you in today’s world — perfection, resilience, reinvention, or something else entirely?
For me, it represents reinvention. It’s about the realization that every woman has the capacity to excel in her career while being an incredible mother. This title celebrates the fact that we don’t have to choose; we can evolve and reinvent ourselves to master both worlds.
