To celebrate Easter, Fabelle Exquisite Chocolates, a home-grown luxury chocolate brand from ITC Ltd., renowned for creating unparalleled chocolate experiences, has announced launching limited-edition Signature Easter Egg and Signature Mini Eggs to tempt its consumers. The artisanal chocolate eggs, handcrafted by Master Chocolatiers will enliven the spirit of Easter through rich flavours and multi sensorial textures making it an irresistible pick for self-indulgence or as a gifting option.

The Fabelle Signature Easter Egg is made of a decadent Dark Chocolate shell, encasing an explosion of treats, tastes, and textures, as one breaks into the chocolate egg. The chocolate egg is infused with crunchy almond-hazelnut nut clusters, enveloped in Milk Chocolate, and rich cashew nut clusters covered in indulgent Ruby Chocolate, offering an enticing selection of flavours, making it an exquisite chocolate experience to savour this Easter.

Fabelle Signature Mini Eggs will include 10 pieces of bite-sized Fabelle dark chocolate eggs, nestled together in a bespoke box. Each mini egg is infused with crunchy coconut white chocolate ganache, milk chocolate coconut praline mousse and passion fruit confit, tastefully crafted to deliver a unique ensemble of three distinct flavourful notes and created to resemble a cross section view of an egg.

Fabelle Signature Easter Eggs will be available at Rs 2,475 per piece and Fabelle Signature Mini Eggs will be priced at Rs 675 per box of 10 pieces. Devilled Eggs by Chef Ranveer Brar

Devilled Eggs
Preparation Time: 15mins
Cooking Time: 10mins
Serves: 2

Ingredients
4 Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled
1 tbsp Mango Pickle Masala
2 tbsp Spring onion, chopped
Coriander, garnish

Process
-Cut the eggs from the middle lengthwise. Remove the yolk to a bowl.
-Add mango pickle masala to it and spring onion. Mash and mix well.
-Now put the mixture in a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe it down on hollowed egg whites.
-Garnish with coriander and serve.
