The actor-musician has picked out closet favourites to raise funds for children living with HIV/AIDS. Indeed, Shruti Haasan’s traditional Season of Giving Charity Closet Sale is back to spread the festive spirit, with a huge collection of clothes and accessories from her personal collection that fans across the world can purchase. Each item sold contributes to the welfare of children living with HIV/AIDS. TheGlitz reports.

Shruti Haasan explains, “This Season of Giving Tradition has grown very close to my heart. For me, it’s a reminder that we can keep finding many ways to give back, and share our celebrations with those in need. It’s also a special way for me to connect with my fans, so we can come together to support something important, all while sharing a bit of each other’s lives.”

Proceeds from the sale support Desire Society, whose Founder, Ravi Babu G, said “We’re grateful to Shruti for supporting our beneficiaries – over 200 very special orphan children living with HIV; and for raising awareness about this cause. Thank you, Shruti, for setting this example for how to embody the festive spirit!”
