Justbe Resto Café ups the ante on their 6th Anniversary with an elevated Whole Food Plant-based Culinary Experience.

One of my favourite haunts when in Bengaluru is Justbe Resto Café, a wonderfully welcoming setting in the bylanes of Sadashivanagar. Practically every dish here is an invention, creation, or preparation using as many local ingredients as possible. There are several truly excellent reasons to visit the café besides food.

Having created an impact-driven community for conscious and compassionate living, they host and curate numerous cooking classes, workshops, wellness retreats, sound healing sessions, and more. Having said that, my calling is the food that woos me back and again, and to boot, my food choices too are heavily leaning towards the greener side.

Led by culinary powerhouse Nidhi Nahata, a visionary chef and lifestyle coach, the restaurant is perennially reimagining itself to creatively elevate the dining experience. To honour this milestone, Nidhi, with her creative acumen, has curated a menu to celebrate six years of serving food that “Loves You Back”. Bursting with originality, the menu features dishes from the new and reimagined à la carte that will captivate one’s senses with the signature flavours and textures that Justbe is best known for.

Fun Fact: Justbe by Nidhi Nahata is India’s first Whole Food Plant-Based Restaurant

Justbe has emerged as a hive for Bengaluru’s classy diners looking for that extra taste of panache where vegan and entirely plant-based food choices are concerned. The menu champions a soulful selection, from its gutsily seasoned salad bowls to small bites, from gourmet open sandwiches to handcrafted whole wheat pizza, and the choicest kombucha and cold press juices to beat the heat. Don’t take my word for it, but you will have plenty of reasons to revisit Justbe with family, friends, or in solitude and #JustBeYou. Happy 6th Anniversary to Justbe from TheGlitz.
