I had to really work hard on my physique to look in shape but not overdo it!  It’s all about the diet and making sure you stay consistent.  eating clean and training hard kind of got tough at one point because there were portions that I had to shoot where we were putting in long hours and trying to keep the body and the diet going along with that shoot was taxing. But it’s all part of the job.
