We frequently order Butter Chicken, Gajar Ka Halwa, Makki Ki Roti, Paneer Achari, and Punjabi Lassi from their extensive menu (Sweet and Salt). The most delicate kebabs. The curries with the best flavours. The softest bread from India. You’ll leave a full stomach after enjoying everything from lassis to butter chicken. Art of DUM

Launching by the end of January, this cloud kitchen follows the traditional ‘dum pukht’ style of cooking where everything is made in sealed clay pots. The Dal Makhani is slow-cooked for 24 hours and the Dum Handi Ka Gosht takes six hours to cook. The cloud kitchen is by parent company Foodlink F&B Holdings (India) Pvt Ltd, which also catered at the weddings of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal, Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta, and Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. Art of Dum keeps in line with the premium dining experience, where orders will be delivered with glass jars, clay handis and steel cutlery. They serve Mughlai cuisine at its finest and it’s hard to pick favourites with them, but we’ll try. What you cannot miss here is their Dal Makhani, Mirch ka Salan, Bharwan Cheese Naan, Gosht Khorma Shahjahani, Dum Pukht Kakori Kebab, Murgh Chandi Kebab, Kundan Kaliya Murg Biryani, Classic Dum Biryani and Yakhni Dum Gosht Biryani.

No wonder, that New Year celebrations are a time for families to come together and celebrate the spirit of togetherness.
