Pure and Sure wants you to stop trusting the label and start trusting the journey. So, the organic food brand did something most companies only talk about: it opened its farms and its factory to us, end to end, farmer to founder to finished plate. TheGlitz went along for the ride, and what followed was a day that made “Eat! Without Worry” feel less like a slogan and more like a standing offer.
A Farm Before Breakfast
Most of us meet our food only at the very end, wrapped, labelled, sitting quietly on a shelf. Pure and Sure had a different idea. Skip the label, they said. Come and see where it actually begins.
This isn’t the first time TheGlitz has spent time with the brand. Earlier this year, we sat down with the founder over coffee at their café for Eating Real, Living Real with Pure and Sure, a conversation about what the brand stands for. This time, they let us walk the ground that conversation was built on.
So, at seven in the morning, before the city was properly awake, a busload of us set off for the farm.
Where It Starts

The fields came first, and so did the people who work them. Surya Shastry, Founder and Managing Director of Phalada Pure and Sure, led the walk himself, through the very crops his farmers grow organically. No middleman, no agent. Just a man on his own land, talking about what’s in the soil.
There’s a difference between reading about organic farming and standing in the middle of it. One is information. The other stays with you. Soil, crop, farmer, method, this is the part of the story that happens long before anything reaches a kitchen, and most of us never get to see it. That was the quiet value of the morning.
From Farm to Factory

Next came the Phalada Pure and Sure factory, where the same food is processed, checked and packed for our kitchens. Sourcing, processing, quality, packaging. Not the glamorous half of the story, but usually the part that matters most.
Before the tour began, we were handed cue cards and asked to write down our own worries about food. A small gesture, but a clever one. It meant the walkthrough that followed, which Pure and Sure called the “Worry Less Tour,” was answering questions we had just admitted to having ourselves, not ones the brand assumed we’d ask.
Seeing It for Ourselves

Transparency gets used loosely by most brands. Here, it meant something plainer: they simply let us walk the whole route, farm to factory to plate, and see it first-hand.
A packet will tell you what’s inside. A brand will tell you what it stands for. But watching the process itself adds something neither can, and that gap between reading and seeing was the real takeaway of the day.
At the Table, Finally

The day closed with a curated organic lunch, built around Pure and Sure’s own ingredients. It felt earned rather than ceremonial. We had seen where the food started, followed it through, and were now simply eating the result.
By then, “Eat! Without Worry” had stopped sounding like a line on a packet. It felt closer to a quiet promise the brand had actually shown us being kept.
TheGlitz take
What stayed with us wasn’t the farm or the factory floor on their own. It was being asked to look past the finished product, something we rarely do.
We usually meet food at its last stop, sealed and shelved. This trip walked us backwards through all of it, to the soil, the crops, the people, the processes that never make it onto packaging.
That is where “Eat! Without Worry” finds its footing. Once you’ve seen the journey behind something, it stops being just a product. It becomes a story you carry with the meal.
For TheGlitz, that was the real lesson of the day: sometimes, understanding what’s on your plate simply means going back to where it started.
