This Easter, the spotlight was firmly on Chef Robin Pietsch, whose bespoke four-course residency exemplified precision, creativity, and quiet luxury. Hosted at the beachfront Islander’s Grill, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary… a symphony of technique and taste, thoughtfully orchestrated in collaboration with Executive Chef Putu Wijana and Beverage Manager & Sommelier Sunil Kumar.
