Queenie Singh

You are not just a dynamic fashion connoisseur, you are also an amazing jewellery designer, entrepreneur, holistic beauty champion and so much more. So what defines you as a woman?

I have held my own in life and have competed with myself. My path or journey may not have been thorn-free or without challenges. But I have never let setbacks be hurdles in my life. I have always kept discipline and consistency in my routine. I see my goal and I go towards it. Stumbles may come along the way… But I consider them part of my journey. …And I always find a way to steer myself out of those thorny challenges. My maxim is simple. ‘I don’t believe that anything can stop you if you are headed to a goal and you have the resolute’. For me, what defines me is pretty much that I respect the lessons I have learned in my life. I learn from my challenges, setbacks and mistakes. I don’t think of them as something that is negative, I think of them as something that teaches me and spurs me on my future course. I always think the sky is the limit and I always look toward reaching the stars.

Any quote to define you?

I’d say, ‘Never say die!’

Fabels feels like a natural evolution... an elegant conversation between two worlds. Think impeccably tailored shirts softened with hand embroidery, flowing dresses brought alive with Ajrakh and Indigo prints, relaxed linen separates elevated by artisanal textures, and contemporary co-ords that retain the unmistakable warmth of Indian craftsmanship. There is restraint here. Nothing screams for attention.
