Arushi Verma, Co-Founder, FITPASS

TheGlitz raises a toast to this trailblazer who redefines balance with every step she takes. Meet Arushi Verma, Co-Founder of FITPASS, one of the most dynamic forces in India’s fitness-tech revolution and this year’s TheGlitzMegaStar Mom 2025. Why her? Because Arushi isn’t just leading a brand, she’s leading a movement, all while gracefully navigating the beautiful chaos of new motherhood.

In a sector still dominated by men, Arushi is boldly rewriting the rules. Under her visionary leadership, FITPASS has grown into India’s largest fitness and wellness membership platform, combining AI-led workouts, personalized nutrition plans, and on-demand doctor consultations. But she’s doing more than just building a business. Arushi is reshaping how wellness is perceived, championing an approach that is inclusive, sustainable, and deeply empowering especially for women navigating the layered realities of modern life.

Here, in an exclusive interview with TheGlitz, Arushi talks candidly about building FITPASS, balancing business with babyhood, and why she believes true wellness for women is about more than just fitness… it’s about freedom, strength, and showing up for yourself every single day.

As one of the rare women leading a fitness-tech empire, Arushi’s ability to juggle high-stakes strategy meetings with sleepless nights and snack time negotiations is as inspiring as it is relatable. Her journey offers a refreshingly real look into the life of a mompreneur… no filters, just fierce ambition, heartfelt authenticity, and a whole lot of heart.

With every decision she makes, whether it’s expanding FITPASS or embracing motherhood’s unpredictable moments, Arushi Verma reminds us that strength isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about leaning in, rising up, and pushing boundaries that were never meant to contain women in the first place.

Over To Arushi Verma, Co-Founder, FITPASS

What’s been the most rewarding part of your motherhood journey so far?

Being a mum doesn’t come with a manual, but it teaches you everything about strength, patience, and love. The most rewarding part for me has been experiencing a profound expansion of love and purpose. Motherhood has deepened my empathy in ways I never expected, and every day reminds me that it’s not about perfection but presence. Whether I’m in a boardroom or singing lullabies, being fully engaged is what truly matters.

How do you tackle challenges, and what are three milestones that define your journey?

Arushi with her FITPASS team

I tackle challenges with the same mindset I apply to entrepreneurship: stay centred, adapt quickly, and always lead with intent. Entrepreneurship taught me to anticipate obstacles, while motherhood taught me to pivot with grace when plans inevitably change.

Three milestones that define my journey would be:

  • Building FITPASS from the ground up—my first “baby”, in many ways.
  • Becoming a mother and learning to navigate two all-consuming responsibilities with patience and perspective.
  • Creating a strong support system, both professionally and personally, allows me to thrive instead of simply survive.

Each of these moments has taught me that success isn’t about doing it all—it’s about doing what matters most.

How do you strike that beautiful balance between work and home life?
I’ve reframed the concept of ‘balance’ altogether. Rather than viewing work and home as competing interests requiring equal time allocations, I see them as complementary elements of a fulfilling life. Balance isn’t about dividing time equally between work and home; it’s about being present in the moment. I’ve also learned the importance of setting clear boundaries, consciously delegating tasks, and practising self-compassion. I aim to be present in both my professional and personal life, embracing the chaos whilst staying centred.

My TheGlitz quote is…

Arushi

“Motherhood doesn’t pause ambition—it powers it.” #HarMaaSuperMaa

The future of cultural storytelling has arrived — and it's interactive. Through immersive technology and smartphone-led trails, visitors will be able to discover celebrated icons not through static plaques, but through interactive storytelling woven into real-world spaces. It's tourism reimagined — playful, participatory and powered by innovation.
...What began as a casting transition for Don 3 has exploded into one of the most high-stakes industry confrontations in recent memory. Ranveer Singh versus Farhan Akhtar. Star power versus studio muscle. Creative freedom versus contractual obligation. And now, a ₹40 crore demand that has sent shockwaves through production houses, talent agencies, and legal corridors alike. This is no longer whispered speculation traded over industry brunches. The dispute has reportedly escalated to the Producers Guild of India — and if the grapevine is even half right, the gloves are off. What began as a creative disagreement has morphed into a full-blown power duel, with both camps unsheathing razor-sharp arguments and reputations on the line.
This Valentine’s Day, the conversation shifts from just looking good for someone else to feeling balanced, nourished, and confident in your own skin. On a day dedicated to love in all its forms, Dr. Shefali Trasi Nerurkar, MBBS, MD (Dermatology), Consultant Dermatologist at Dr Trasi Clinic and La Piel Skin Clinic, tells TheGlitz why emotional health, daily rituals, and mindful indulgence matter just as much as serums and treatments — and how true radiance begins long before it reaches the mirror.
Pune witnessed an extraordinary convergence of luxury, legacy, and live sport as industrialist and philanthropist Yohan Poonawalla and Michelle Poonawalla opened the doors of their palatial residence to host an exclusive evening of the Pro Panja League. In a bold departure from conventional stadium settings, their Pune mansion was transformed into an intimate, high-energy competitive arena... arguably the only sporting format in India to be staged within a private home. The result was not just an event, but an experience that redefined how sport can be presented, consumed, and celebrated. TheGlitz reports.
